    About the Role:

    We’re hiring a Sales Manager to strengthen our presence in the US market.
    Your mission: connect with American clients (experts, entrepreneurs, consultants), build trust, identify their goals, and show how a book can become a powerful driver for their business growth.
    This is a full-cycle sales role — from first contact to signed deal and ongoing client relationship.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the full sales cycle: from outreach and qualification to discovery calls, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
    • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with US clients (experts, founders, coaches).
    • Conduct value-driven conversations and identify client needs to offer the best-fit solutions.
    • Collaborate closely with marketing to improve lead generation and feedback loops.
    • Keep CRM data structured and up to date; track and analyze key performance metrics.
    • Nurture long-term client partnerships and contribute to company growth on the US market.

       

    What we expect from you:

    • Experience working with US-based clients and understanding of American business communication style.
    • 1+ year in B2B or consultative sales (EdTech, consulting, marketing, creative, or content production).
    • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills — ability to build trust and guide clients through decisions.
    • Fluent English (B2+) — confident in calls, emails, and presentations.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Sheets, Zoom/Meet, and AI tools.
    • Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and result-driven mindset.
