We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team for long-term cooperation. You’ll manage long-term web and mobile development projects for international clients. As an outsourcing company, you will typically oversee 2–3 projects simultaneously.
 

Requirements:

• Proficient spoken and written English B2 + (Upper-intermediate and higher).
• Minimum 3+years of experience as an IT Project Manager in web/mobile application development.
• Technical background (experience or education).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Customer relations management, Requirement management, change management, and Estimation techniques (minimum 1000 hours project).
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and Project Management best practices.
• Ability to work in a multi-project environment (IT Outsourcing).
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Experience with seasoned teams (Middle/+), with the ability to motivate and build consensus.
• Multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated disciplined work ethic and openness to constructive criticism.
• Experience in pre-sales activities and roadmap preparations.
 

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document project requirements and specifications.
• Plan, execute, and control projects.
• Resource planning and building relevant timelines.
• Allocate work within and between project teams based on task nature and complexity.
• Monitor team and individual performance.
• Build estimates for projects and milestones in collaboration with the team.
• Keep track of production milestones on development projects.
• Deep understanding of the product’s functionality — knowing how all features and processes work within the project.
• Understanding client needs — the ability to correctly prioritize and structure tasks.
• Effective communication — deeply engage with the client, team, and business analyst to align goals, tasks, and priorities, ensuring transparency and smooth information flow throughout the project.

Requirements:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in lead generation or a similar role;
• Proficient in tools such as LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, IncIn, and other CRM and automation platforms (e.g., Apollo, Lemlist,Snovio etc.);
• Solid understanding of email outreach processes, writing outreach and follow-up sequences;
• Experience working with international markets (USA, Canada, Western Europe);
• Written English skills (B1 level or higher) for communication and crafting outreach content;
• Ability to identify decision-makers (DMs) among potential contacts;
• Team player with strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset;

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email channels, and other automated outreach tools;
• Segment potential client databases and set up targeted campaigns;
• Create personalized outreach messages, initial contact texts, and follow-up sequences;
• Identify decision-makers and establish initial contact;
• Communicate with potential clients and hand off qualified leads to the sales team;
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop effective lead generation strategies;
• Participate in the creation and optimization of outreach campaigns.

Key Requirements:

• At least 5+ years of experience as a BA in IT service companies (outsourcing or outstaffing)
• Experience with the global market
• Proficiency in English (B2 and above)
• Ability to juggle multiple projects (approx.2-3 simultaneously)
• Strong background in writing documentation (SRS, UC, US)
• Technical knowledge (SDLC, API, etc.)
• AI enthusiast
• Experience with pre-sales activities.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• Provide project support
• Collaborate on pre-sale activities with Sales, PM, and Technical teams
• Cooperate with Project Managers and Clients to define project scopes
• Write and maintain project documentation (SRS, UC, US)
• Participate in Scrum activities.
