Our model is agile, data-driven, and laser-focused on scale.We’re now looking for a Performance Marketing Lead (Paid Social) to drive user acquisition strategy across Meta and TikTok. This is a high-impact, strategic role where you’ll define growth playbooks, own budgets, shape creative direction, and act as a key contributor to product-market expansion initiatives.
This role is ideal for a seasoned growth marketer with a proven track record of managing multi-million dollar paid social budgets for mobile-first products, and who thrives in a performance-obsessed, autonomous environment.
Your Mission
- Own and scale our Paid Social acquisition engine across Meta and TikTok — from strategy and execution to performance and profitability.
- Lead the full funnel: media buying, targeting, creative strategy, user segmentation, and LTV optimization.
- Develop and implement playbooks to continuously optimize CAC, ROAS, and scaling potential across geos and products.
- Partner with Data, Product, and Creative teams to design hypothesis-driven experiments, test attribution models, and iterate quickly based on insights.
- Influence creative production strategy and provide sharp briefs and direction to design and video teams.
- Provide strategic leadership on tracking, attribution, and platform mechanics (CAPI, SKAN, MMM, etc.) to maximize data fidelity and decision-making speed.
- Drive go-to-market execution for new app launches and market entries.
Mentor and guide junior UA specialists or external agency partners when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally with high-budget paid social campaigns in mobile app businesses (iOS/Android/Web2App).
- Deep understanding of platform mechanics (Meta, TikTok auctions, SKAN, CAPI, attribution flows, etc.)
- Track record of scaling spend profitably while maintaining strong unit economics.
- Advanced skills in analytics and experimentation — ability to build your own dashboards and confidently act on insights.
- Comfortable crafting creative strategies and working hands-on with creative teams to deliver winning assets.
- Strong communication and prioritization skills in remote, cross-functional setups.
- English fluency (C1+).
Bonus Points For
- Experience leading UA for subscription-based mobile products.
- Hands-on with analytics tools like Tableau, Amplitude, Looker, and MMPs like AppsFlyer or Adjust.
- Familiarity with Web2Web campaigns, CRM loops, and lifecycle monetization.
- Experience working in high-velocity growth teams or scaling UA operations from <$1M to $10M+ budgets.

Key responsibilities:
- Evaluate paid campaign effectiveness and work closely with marketers to achieve better profitability.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align on goals and optimize lead-to-revenue performance.
- Use data to identify high-value segments, guide personalization strategies, and improve conversion rates across the funnel.
- Perform cohort analyses, funnel evaluations, and churn investigations to uncover growth opportunities and user friction points on different acquisition channels.
- Build scalable SQL queries, data models, and BI dashboards (e.g., in Tableau, Looker, Power BI) to support self-serve analytics and empower team autonomy.
- Build and update LTV prediction models.
- Collaborate with data engineering to ensure clean, scalable, and real-time data pipelines.
- Be a thought partner to CMO, Head of Product, and CEO, while driving company bets, not just reporting metrics.
- Try out different mathematical modeling methods to attribute organic traffic by channel.
Must-have technology & skill requirements:
- Advanced SQL: ability to write complex queries for large, distributed datasets.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong skills in Python or R for statistical analysis, modeling, and automation.
- Familiarity with data warehousing and analytics engineering tools, and creating ETL Models (e.g., dbt).
Nice-to-have technology & skill requirements:
- Experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis, ideally in tech.
- Hands-on experience with multichannel campaign analysis (especially paid search, paid social, email, and web).
