Requirements

• 3+ years as DevOps or SRE;
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and AWS;
• Deep understanding of CI/CD, cloud automation, and observability;
• Familiarity with microservices and event-driven systems.

Tech Stack
 

• Kubernetes, Nginx, Helm, ArgoCD, GitLab CI;
• AWS: EC2, EKS, VPC, RDS, S3, IAM, KMS, CloudWatch, Redshift, etc.;
• Terraform, Terragrunt (optional);
• RabbitMQ, Redis, MongoDB, PostgreSQL;
• Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog, VictoriaMetrics (plus);
• OpenSearch, Vector, LogStash;
• Linux (Strong Middle level);
• CDN: Cloudflare, CloudFront;
• Bash/Python for automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters (admin level);
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab;
• Operate and evolve AWS-based infrastructure;
• Improve observability (metrics, logs, traces);
• Manage CDN configurations (Cloudflare, CloudFront, etc.);
• Participate in on-call duties (up to 2/week).

Now we’re looking for a Commercial Director who will lead sales and marketing, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth to keep us ahead in a competitive market.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and execute commercial strategy to grow revenue and market share.
• Lead and mentor sales team to hit ambitious targets.
• Identify new markets, partnerships, and business opportunities.
• Negotiate deals with key clients and secure long-term contracts.
• Oversee marketing campaigns aligned with sales goals in cooperation with CMO.
• Manage budgets, track performance, and ensure high ROI.
• Report on results to CEO/COO and adjust plans as needed.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in commercial leadership, sales, or business development (iGaming/SaaS a big plus).
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading teams.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strategic mindset with solid financial acumen.
• Fluent English (C1+).
• Market expertise in LATAM with practical knowledge of cultural, legal and operational aspects.
• Knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese will be an advantage.

• Oversee the end-to-end product development process, working closely with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Prioritize user experience and customer satisfaction. Gather feedback and continuously improve product usability and functionality.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth. Monitor product performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve KPIs.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, analyze competitor products, and stay updated on industry trends. Use insights to inform product decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
• Identify potential risks and challenges in product development and implementation. Develop proactive risk mitigation strategies.
• Effectively communicate product updates, plans, and achievements to the executive team and other relevant stakeholders.

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

   

Requirements:

• Proven experience (8+ years) in product management roles, ideally within the online gaming or gambling industry.
• Strong understanding of sportsbook product, online gaming platforms, and relevant technologies.
• Track record of developing successful product strategies and driving product innovation.
• Experience managing and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen with a customer-centric approach.

• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• 30 minute introductory Recruiter call.
• 30-45 minute conversation with our HR Director.
• 60-90 minute Technical workshop with Chief IT Transformation Officer.
