Currently, we operate a profitable Game Studio and a scaling SaaS sales software.
I've worked in one of Elon Musks companies making games that teach critical thinking (synthesis) as well as a predominant background in business management + sales.
I have a great passion for how AI can work with humans to better themselves, rather than create dependency.
This is not a 9-to-5. This is a "0-to-1" grind for someone who wants to build high-level infrastructure, vet a global team, and am open to creating option in the future to a path to citizenship if necessary. Pay will become dynamic as more trust can be established, and can swap to a full time employment roll.
The Stack- Game Logic: Lua
- SaaS: Node.js, React, n8n
- Infrastructure: AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes
- Specialty: Data Security, SOC2 Compliance, AI/LLM Orchestration
Most prominent responsibilities:- Clear Technical Debt: Audit and stabilize existing codebases across our game and SaaS projects.
- Human Firewall: Source, vet, and manage a decentralized team of freelancers. You own the QC.
- Security Architecture: Design and maintain high-fidelity data security protocols (SOC2 standards) for enterprise-grade trust.
- Strategic Pivot: Lead the transition from current capital-generating projects into our long-term AI and Digital Governance systems.
The Reality:
- Intensity: I work a full time job, and am currently managing personal responsibilities and 3 projects myself. I need a partner who matches that velocity.
- Multitasking: You will switch between game logic, security audits, and AI workflows in the same day.
- Autonomy: I am on the executive side. I need someone who tells me "No" when I'm wrong and handles the technical "how" without hand-holding.
To Apply, Answer These 4 Questions:
- What is the most intense crunch period you’ve ever navigated, and what did you personally deliver in the final 48 hours?
- How would you architect a data-handling system so that a skeptical corporate legal team would trust us with proprietary data?
When does a technical issue become a me problem? What level of communication do you need to complete a project to first iteration?
Send github and other sources of previous work.

Roblox Game Lead - Lua Generalist - Lead our Game Studio – Lua / Animation / Rapid Prototyping to $1000
Full Remote · Worldwide · 3 years of experience · English - C2I run a roblox game studio and a SaaS pipeline. I need a Game Lead who can take over the studio side. Our timelines are wonky, our scope pivots fast, and the freelancers we work with are far from what you'd find in an office. Our timelines are wonky, our scope pivots fast, and the freelancers we work with are far from what you'd find in an office. I need someone who can 'glue' it all together.
The Mission:
- Manage a decentralized team of game coders.
- Ground up Lua scripting and ship weekly updates.
- Handle (or oversee) basic animation and texturing—you need to understand the 'feel' of the game, not just the logic.
- Pivot at a moment's notice. If a mechanic isn't working on Tuesday, we change it by Wednesday.
Who you are:- A Lua expert who understands game loops and performance.
- Someone with a 'get it done' mindset over 'perfect code.'
- Experience with visual assets (Blender, or similar) is basically necessary
- Understands Dopamine loops
- That friction in the right place creates sales, wrong place loses retention
In exchange, I offer high autonomy, a direct line to the founder.
If you're it answer these questions to move forwards:
1. Describe a time a game mechanic was fundamentally broken or hated by players 48 hours before a patch. How did you pivot the logic, and what did you 'cut' to make sure the update still went out on time?
2. What to you is the most important aspect of a game? What kills it and what keeps a live service game alive?
3. What is the hardest technical difficulty or system you've overcome, and how'd you bridge this challenge?4. In taking on this roll, what do you need from me? When does a technical problem become a problem I'm made aware of?
