We are seeking Service Operations Administrators to join our growing Service Operations team within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment. This role is critical to the stability, accuracy, and consistency of our service delivery operations.

Service Operations Administrators are responsible for high-volume, time-sensitive operational workflows that support Service Delivery and Client Success teams. This role focuses on execution excellence, process adherence, and proactive follow-ups to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.

You will work closely with Service Ops Associates and Analysts, following established processes while helping surface gaps, risks, or inefficiencies as the organization continues to scale.

This is an execution-focused role with clear ownership and accountability expectations.

Responsibilities:

Service Proposal Generation and Repository:

• Operational Execution & BAU Support
• Own and execute assigned Service Ops BAU workflows end-to-end
• Acknowledge all assigned requests within the same business day
• Complete tasks accurately and within defined timelines
• Proactively follow up on outstanding items to prevent delays or backlog
• Core Workflows
• Meeting scheduling and coordination
• QBR preparation support and follow-ups
• NPS ticket creation, survey tracking, and follow-ups
• Weekly timesheet follow-ups and reporting support
• Rock Reset preparation and administrative support
• Scorecard data collection and updates
• Support project follow-ups (administrative layer)
• C360 change monitoring and updates
• BVOIP queue monitoring
• CSAT channel monitoring
• Support Bonusly award administration
• End-of-year operational change facilitation
• Process & Documentation
• Follow documented processes and checklists consistently
• Flag unclear or outdated documentation and escalate for clarification
• Assist with documentation updates when processes change
• Maintain accuracy in tools such as Monday.com, Outlook calendars, and internal systems
• Collaboration & Coverage
• Support team coverage during PTO or peak workload periods
• Participate in task handoffs and ensure continuity of work
• Escalate risks, blockers, or capacity concerns early

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, service coordination, or administrative support (MSP experience a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent follow-through and task ownership
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with operational tools (ticketing systems, task boards, calendars)
• Willingness to follow structured processes and use checklists
• Ability to receive feedback and adjust quickly
• Reliable time management and calendar discipline

Title: Senior Systems Administrator (Internal Support)

We are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to join our rapidly growing organization. This is a highly technical role providing excellent career development opportunities.

You will be working with the Atlas internal infrastructure team to support internal systems, including Azure AVD, Endpoint infrastructure, Entra ID, Intune, MS Defender, and Atlas’ VOIP system.

Responsibilities:

• Minimum 10 years of IT experience/administration
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced PowerShell skills including scripting
• End User Support / Desktop Support: Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, desktop, and mobile device troubleshooting
• Support of primarily Microsoft 365 stack (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Entra ID)
• Systems Administration: knowledge of Windows Server 2019/2022 including Active Directory, Group Policy, and Domain Controllers
• Support/use of ConnectWise Manage and ScreenConnect
• Experience in data and platform migrations; e.g., Email security migration, VOIP migration, on-prem/hybrid to cloud migrations

• Experience taking projects/deployments from proof-of-concept to production

   

Desirable Qualities:

• Experience working in an MSP environment
• Administration and use of RMM agents/tools
• Exposure to/ability to support workloads in Azure or AWS
• Experience with vendors such as Monday.com, Atlassian, AFI, Mimecast, and 1Password

Position Overview

The FP&A Analyst is a key member of the Finance team, reporting to the Director of Finance. This position supports the organization’s financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis activities by helping translate financial data into meaningful insights.

The FP&A Analyst will work collaboratively across departments to support informed decision-making, monitor business performance, and contribute to the development of accurate financial plans and reports. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis and long-term planning.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports on time.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial information.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide variance analysis.
• Preparation of ad hoc reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

• Assist with financial due diligence requests, data room preparation, and ad hoc analyses requested by investors, bankers, or auditors as they arise.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Proven experience with Budgeting, Forecasting, scenario analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Comfortable working across multiple entities/currencies and reconciling data from disparate sources.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word and AI.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Knowledge of additional financial software and tools.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Service Operations Analyst (Pod) to join our growing Service Operations team within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.

This role is designed for a senior individual contributor who can bring structure, follow-through, and operational ownership across one or more service delivery pods.

The Service Operations Analyst (Pod) acts as the connective layer across Clients, Service Delivery, Support Managers, Project Managers, Support Managers, and Finance to ensure key workflows move forward consistently, risks are surfaced early, and nothing critical gets stuck.

This is not a traditional administrative support role. It is a higher-ownership position focused on operational excellence, cross-functional coordination, workflow maturity, and helping shape how the pod support model evolves as Atlas continues to scale.

Responsibilities:

Pod Operational Ownership:

• Act as the Service Operations point person for one or more service delivery pods.
• Bring visibility to open actions, blockers, service risks, and operational dependencies across teams.
• Reduce dependencies on Support Managers for non-technical work.
• Ensure work moves forward consistently through structured follow-up, accountability, and clear ownership.

• Partner with managers and stakeholders to improve operating rhythm, reduce friction, and strengthen execution.

   

Client Health, QBR Readiness, and Service Visibility:

• Drive QBR readiness and post-QBR follow-through across assigned scope.
• Monitor client health indicators, including backlog trends, SLA risks, service escalations, CSAT/NPS inputs, and other operational signals.
• Help prepare pod-level visibility into performance, risks, and opportunities.

• Ensure action items, opportunities, and service concerns identified through QBRs or leadership reviews are tracked to completion.

   

Support Project Coordination and Client-Facing Execution

• Coordinate support-related projects, follow-through activities, and operational workstreams that sit between pure ticket support and formal project delivery.
• Help manage timelines, action items, dependencies, documentation, meeting follow-up, and owner accountability for support projects within assigned pods.
• Serve as a client-facing operational partner during support-related initiatives, ensuring clients receive clear communication, timely updates, and strong follow-through.
• Participate in client meetings as needed to review status, clarify next steps, gather requirements, and help keep operational or support-related commitments on track.
• Partner with Support Managers, Project Managers to ensure internal execution and client expectations stay aligned.

• Surface risks, delays, or coordination gaps early so they can be addressed before they affect the client experience.

   

Billing, Quote, and Commercial Workflow Ownership:

• Own and evolve billing-related workflows tied to support projects, recurring reviews, and monthly follow-through.
• Monitor billing alignment, usage trends, exceptions, and revenue-impacting gaps.
• Own quote management visibility and ensure proposals, pricing-related follow-through, and related approvals move efficiently.
• Build regular checks and balances so Admin and Associate execution remains accurate, timely, and measurable.

• Identify recurring breakdowns in workflow and propose more scalable operating structures.

   

Workflow Governance and Process Improvement:

• Own complex, cross-functional operational workflows end to end, ensuring they are clear, documented, and sustainable.
• Simplify recurring work by improving process design rather than relying only on manual pushing and reminders.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, recurring blockers, and unclear handoffs, then recommend practical improvements.

• Help define standards, expectations, and service levels for key Service Ops workflows.

   

Tooling, Dashboards, and Operational Monitoring:

• Monitor dashboards, progress views, and recurring operational trackers to ensure leadership has clear visibility.
• Support the structure and maturity of Service Ops workflows in tools such as Monday.com, ConnectWise Manage, Power BI, and related systems.
• Maintain operational visibility into aging work, SLA issues, billing/process gaps, and other pod-level risks.

• Partner with leadership on metric design, operating visibility, and practical dashboard usage.

   

Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Coordinate effectively across Service, Project Managers, Support Managers, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.
• Serve as a reliable operational partner who can move work across departments without direct authority.
• Support rapid response and follow-through when service, client, billing, or workflow issues require multi-team coordination.

• Communicate clearly on status, risks, blockers, and next steps.

   

Automation and Scale:

• Identify manual, repetitive work that can be simplified, automated, or shifted downward appropriately.
• Reduce dependencies on Support Manager for non-technical work
• Help define and support AI, automation, or workflow-improvement opportunities within Service Ops.
• Measure whether changes are actually reducing manual load and improving consistency for Admin and Associate roles.

• Contribute to building a more scalable pod support model over time.

   

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in service operations, business operations, project coordination, or a related operational role, ideally within an MSP, IT services, or professional services environment.
• Strong follow-through, ownership, and accountability.
• Ability to manage multiple cross-functional priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong judgment in ambiguous situations, including knowing when to escalate and when to drive resolution directly.
• Experience working with operational tools such as Monday.com, ConnectWise Manage, Power BI, Excel, or similar systems.
• Comfort working across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to create structure, improve workflows, and keep work moving without relying solely on management escalation.
• Strong attention to detail and operational discipline.

• Willingness to operate as a senior individual contributor in a role that is still evolving.

• Experience in an MSP, IT services, or professional services environment.
• Experience supporting QBRs, client health reporting, or service delivery visibility.
