The Opportunity

Generative AI is rewriting the playbook for financial services. For our clients, the risk of "leaking alpha" is just as high as the reward. We have launched a dedicated AI Practice to solve the dual challenge of our industry: How do we enable the power of LLMs (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to generate alpha, without compromising security, compliance, or investor trust?

We are seeking a Principal AI Architect to serve as the technical anchor of this practice. You will not be a cog in a machine; you will be the chief architect of our technical roadmap. You will design our proprietary Tier 2 (Scoped Governance) and Tier 3 (Forensic Compliance) frameworks and oversee the implementation of all bespoke AI projects—including Private Enclaves, MCP Servers, and Agentic Workflows—for our top-tier global clients.

Critical Note: This is primarily a hands-on builder role. While you will have the mandate to mentor and scale a team in 2026, your first 12 months will be spent architecting, scripting, and deploying. If your recent experience has been primarily managing people rather than building technical solutions, this role is not for you.

What You Will Do (The Mission)

• Architect the "Safe Zone" (Tier 2): Design the technical middleware using Microsoft Graph API (Sites.Selected) to solve the "Permission Inheritance Trap." You will build the frameworks that restrict AI tools to curated, pristine data libraries.
• Design Forensic Compliance (Tier 3): Implement enterprise-grade prompt journaling and audit logging. You will architect the integration between LLMs and archival platforms like Global Relay and Smarsh to ensure prompt journaling meets SEC/FINRA standards (Rule 17a-4).
• Lead the Atlas AI Lab: Own our internal sandbox environment. You will design, break, and validate new AI security protocols (e.g., Shadow AI blocking via Cato Networks) before they ever touch a client’s production environment.
• Oversee the "AI Project Machine": Act as the lead architect for bespoke client builds. This includes provisioning Azure AI Foundry enclaves and building Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to connect LLMs to specialized data sources (e.g., Bloomberg, SQL, BioMedical data).
• Lead Technical Validation: Perform feasibility studies against client tenant infrastructure. You are the "Go/No-Go" gate for technical scoping, ensuring our Bill of Materials (BOM) and hour estimates are accurate.
• Hands-On Execution: Serve as the final escalation point for complex deployments. You will write the PowerShell scripts, configure the Intune MAM policies for mobile AI defense, and build the "Golden Image" for AI-ready tenants.

What You Bring (The Stack)

• Microsoft Ecosystem Mastery: Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online (unique permissions/broken inheritance), and Entra ID (Conditional Access).
• AI Infrastructure Fluency: Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry / Studio, the Azure Model Catalog, and frameworks like LangChain.
• Protocol Knowledge: Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) to connect LLMs to structured data sources (APIs, Databases).
• Security & Compliance: Expertise in Microsoft Purview (Sensitivity Labels, DLP) and Defender for Cloud Apps. You understand the difference between "logging" a prompt and "blocking" MNPI.
• Scripting & API Chops: Fluent in PowerShell and Python. You know how to manipulate the Graph API programmatically.
• Financial Services Context: Experience in a Hedge Fund, Private Equity firm, or highly regulated MSP is highly desirable. You understand the risk of alpha leakage and the requirements of regulatory audits.

Your First 90 Days

• Month 1: Standardize the "Golden Image" for a Tier 2 Scoped Copilot deployment.
• Month 2: Complete the first live pilot of a "Private Claude" Enclave using Azure AI Foundry.
• Month 3: Scale the "AI Project Machine" by onboarding and mentoring your first Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) resource.

The Financial Controller position is a key member of the Finance team reporting to the Director of Finance. The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing end-to-end accounting operations, timely and accurate financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, and partnering with leadership to support decision-making and profitable growth. They will lead the accounting, compliance, and billing teams and own the monthly close, and ensure adherence to GAAP, local accounting policies and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process; prepare when needed and review journal entries, reconciliations, and consolidations to deliver accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Own company-wide financial reporting, including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, variance analyses, and management reporting packages.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, credit and collections, vendor management, and billing accuracy; drive DSO and working capital improvements.
• Manage treasury and cash flow forecasting; monitor liquidity, banking relationships, and covenant compliance where applicable.
• Establish, document, and continuously improve internal controls, accounting policies, and standard operating procedures; ensure a strong control environment and audit readiness.
• Coordinate and lead external audits and reviews; manage auditor requests, PBC lists, and issue resolution.
• Ensure tax compliance (sales/use, property, payroll, and income tax in coordination with external advisors as needed); maintain compliance calendars and filings.
• Oversee payroll accounting and benefits-related accounting entries; ensure accurate classification and reconciliations.
• Evaluate and optimize systems and process automation across the close, AP/AR, expense management, and fixed assets; partner with IT/Finance on ERP configuration and integrations.
• Lead revenue recognition compliance (e.g., ASC 606) including contract review, performance obligation assessment, and variable consideration methodology where applicable.
• Manage fixed assets and capitalization policies, lease accounting, and depreciation schedules.
• Provide budget vs. actual analyses, departmental spend tracking, and support annual planning and rolling forecasts in partnership with FP&A.
• Mentor, develop, and scale the accounting team; set priorities, and quality standards.
• Support M&A diligence and integrations, including opening balance sheet, purchase accounting, and policy alignment where applicable.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the Director of Finance and leadership on accounting impacts of business decisions, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory or Controller/Assistant Controller capacity and management experience.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS, accounting policy, and internal controls; and audit best practices.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills for modeling, reconciliations, and analyses; data hygiene and process mindset.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills; ability to translate accounting impacts for non-finance audiences.
• High level of integrity, judgment, logic, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines.
• Experience in multi-state operations, multi-entity consolidations, and intercompany eliminations.
• Background in services, SaaS, or subscription/recurring revenue models.
• Prior involvement in M&A integration, purchase accounting, and system migrations.

NOC Engineer role responsibility is to serve as Atlas’ front line for alerts & requests. Our multinational team of Network Operation Center engineers addresses issues with end-user devices, cloud technologies, and basic network troubleshooting. We seek a Call Queue Coordinator to join Atlas Technica’s rapidly growing organization. This operations-focused role offers excellent career development opportunities for a candidate who thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments.

You will collaborate across the Service department to provide real-time oversight of the engineer call queue while supporting operational analysis, documentation, and continuous improvement of SLA performance.

Responsibilities:

Call Queue Oversight (Core Function – ~60%)

• Monitor daily call queue performance for coverage, volume, and adherence.
• Ensure engineers log in/out of the queue on time and follow SOPs.
• Resolve real-time conflicts related to breaks, PTO, or emergencies.
• Forecast call volume trends by time of day and day of week; make staffing recommendations.
• Generate reports and dashboards (wait times, handle times, abandonment rates, SLA compliance).
• Serve as escalation point for real-time call handling or queue technical issues.
• Maintain accountability tracking for attendance, missed calls, and queue compliance.

  Service Management Support (Supplemental Function – ~40%)

• Assist Service Management team with trend analysis in ConnectWise Manage and Power BI (e.g., ticket volume patterns, SLA breaches, or recurring client issues).
• Support internal initiatives such as process documentation, SOP updates, and project tracking in Monday.com and Confluence.
• Help collect and organize Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Major Incident follow-up data for leadership review.
• Partner with Resource Coordination and Support Managers to align call queue staffing with ticket demand and SLA targets.
• Participate in service improvement meetings and help document follow-up actions.

• Identify and flag recurring issues, process gaps, or training opportunities to Service Management leadership.

   

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ConnectWise Manage and 1Stream (or similar call routing system).
• Familiarity with call center metrics such as SLA attainment, ASA (Average Speed of Answer), abandonment rate, and staffing adherence.
• Experience with contact center or ITSM tools (e.g., BVOIP, 3CX, RingCentral, ServiceNow).
• Excellent communication and escalation skills; calm under pressure.
