We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Senior SEO Specialist with deep expertise in organic search optimisation within competitive and regulated industries such as crypto, financial services and compliance.

This is a senior hands-on role focused on technical SEO execution, organic growth and search performance optimisation. The specialist will work closely with internal teams to improve organic visibility, rankings and qualified lead acquisition through advanced SEO practices.

Key Responsibilities – Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor benchmarking and content planning.

• Manage all aspects of on-page optimisation including metadata, schema, internal linking and site

architecture.

• Oversee off-page SEO including link-building, authority outreach and digital PR aligned with Google’s

E-E-A-T principles.

• Carry out technical SEO audits using Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog and Google Search Console.

• Improve Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness and overall crawl efficiency.
 

Conversion Optimisation & Landing Pages

• Test high-converting landing pages using WordPress, Webflow or similar platforms.

• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to refine messaging, CTAs and user experience.

• Coordinate with creative teams to align SEO structure and content optimisation.
 

Analytics, Tracking & Reporting

• Set up and manage tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

• Build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio for performance monitoring.

• Establish data-driven attribution models.

• Produce detailed weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
 

Compliance & Regulatory Awareness

• Ensure all SEO activity complies with Google policies for financial and crypto-related content.

• Liaise with internal compliance teams regarding regulated content.

• Maintain documentation related to policy compliance.Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on SEO experience.

• Strong technical SEO expertise.

• Experience in competitive or regulated industries (crypto, fintech, finance, compliance).

• Proficient in GTM, GA4, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs and technical SEO tools.

• Strong grasp of search intent modelling and funnel logic.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
