    We are looking for a Billing & Finance Operations Manager to oversee billing processes, reporting, and invoicing.
    This role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate financial records, timely invoicing, and transparent payment operations within a fast-paced fintech environment.

     

    Key Responsibilities

     

    • Upload and process cash flow data from payment systems.
    • Analyze financial indicators and prepare operational and management reports.
    • Communicate with the Operations Department regarding reconciliations and settlements in payment systems.
    • Control the accuracy of payment systems turnover reflected in financial reports.
    • Perform monthly revenue calculations according to signed agreements.
    • Forecast revenue and provide necessary information for budgeting.
    • Prepare financial charts, presentations, and analytical materials for management.
    • Issue invoices, maintain their registry, and monitor payments — key responsibility for this role.
    • Execute fund top-up and withdrawal transactions in the internal system and maintain transaction logs.
    • Perform monthly reconciliations with partners and prepare reconciliation acts.
    • Detect and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
    • Collaborate with other departments to effectively resolve financial issues.
    • Participate in building and improving financial processes and reporting systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
    • Work with large volumes of financial data, using analytical tools and Excel formulas (Pivot Tables, vLookup) to ensure precise reporting.

       

      Requirements

       

    • 3+ years of experience in a similar position (preferably in fintech/ gambling/ IT).
    • Solid understanding of accounting and management reporting principles.
    • Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, vLookup).
    • High level of self-organization and ability to work independently — a must for this position.
    • Experience working with payment systems and financial reporting.
    • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) will be a strong plus.
    • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and structured approach.
    • Ability to work with large volumes of financial data and identify inconsistencies.
    • Languages: Ukrainian (fluent), English (B1).
