We're looking for a rigorous, technical RL Data QA Engineer to review the reinforcement-learning tasks built on our platform before they reach frontier AI labs.

Every task on our platform is a small software environment: instructions, a containerized environment, a reference solution, and tests that turn an AI agent's work into a reward. Before a task reaches you, it has been run many times against frontier coding agents and audited automatically. You are the expert human judgment that decides whether it is good enough to train and evaluate the next generation of AI. Is it correct, fair, challenging and impossible to game?

What You'll Do

• Review RL tasks end to end: Examine instructions, environments, reference solutions and tests, and decide whether each task meets our quality bar.
• Break the verifier: Look for the ways an agent could pass without really solving the task, such as weak tests, leaked solutions or loopholes in the environment.
• Read agent trajectories: Analyze how frontier coding agents attempted each task, and tell a genuine solve from a lucky or illegitimate one.
• Judge difficulty with data: Interpret pass rates across models and trials, and decide when a result is solid and when it needs more evidence.
• Separate task faults from platform faults: Make sure contributors are judged on their work, never on infrastructure issues.
• Write feedback that gets tasks fixed: Give contributors precise, actionable comments, so a task improves in one iteration instead of three.
• Raise the bar over time: Turn recurring defects into rubric rules, automated checks and better task templates, working with our engineers and researchers.

What We're Looking For

• Strong engineering skills: Comfortable with Python, Bash, Linux and Docker. You can build, run, break and fix a task environment yourself.
• An adversarial mindset: You enjoy finding the hole: exploits, test gaps, edge cases, reward hacks.
• Clear, precise writing: Your feedback is specific, actionable and respectful.
• Statistical common sense: You understand pass rates, small samples and variance well enough to make sound calls.

• Experience with RL environments, LLM evaluations, benchmarks or reward modeling.
• Deep technical knowledge in at least one domain: For example QA, software engineering, networking, security, data or ML engineering.
• Experience authoring tasks or benchmarks for AI agents.
• Fluency with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar) as review tools.
• Experience writing review guidelines or calibrating a team of reviewers.

We're looking for an ambitious, technical Lead Support Engineer to build and scale support for the people who use our platform.

Our platform is where researchers, engineers and domain experts build and quality-check reinforcement-learning tasks for frontier AI labs. Their work runs through automated QA in cloud sandboxes, human review and customer acceptance. When something goes wrong, our users need someone who understands both the person and the technology. This is an opportunity to own support from zero to one, establish the processes from scratch, and potentially grow into leading our support and contributor-success function.

What You'll Do

• Build support from 0 to 1: Design and run our support processes, including intake, triage, response targets and escalation, from the ground up.
• Be the expert our users turn to: Help contributors, reviewers and customers solve problems on the platform, from account and GitHub setup to understanding why an automated QA run failed.
• Diagnose before you answer: Read logs, traces and build output to tell a user's task problem from a platform problem, then explain it clearly to someone who isn't a platform expert.
• Direct engineering to what matters: Turn user problems into reproduced, evidence-backed issues, ranked by impact, and make sure they get fixed.
• Write the documentation: Own our knowledge base, onboarding guides and troubleshooting guides, so the same question doesn't have to be asked twice.
• Automate the work: Use scripts, APIs, bots and AI agents to cut repetitive work, for you and for our users.
• Make life better for our users: Run communication during incidents and maintenance, collect feedback, and push for the improvements that remove friction.

What We're Looking For

• A technical background: Experience in DevOps or software development. You're comfortable with logs, stack traces, Docker, APIs and a bit of Python or TypeScript.
• Customer-facing experience: A track record of supporting users of a technical product, with care and clarity.
• Exceptional communication skills: You explain complex failures in simple words and write documentation people actually read.

We're looking for an ambitious, hands-on Lead DevOps Engineer to build and scale the reliability and infrastructure function at ARIMLABS.

Our platform runs AI coding agents in cloud sandboxes, many times in parallel, to build and quality-check reinforcement-learning tasks for frontier AI labs. Every run is real, paid compute. The platform ships to production continuously, and it has to stay working and available while it is being built. This is an opportunity to own that from zero to one, establish the practices from scratch, and potentially grow into leading the team that keeps it running.

What You'll Do

• Build reliability from 0 to 1: Establish on-call, incident response, SLOs and runbooks where none exist yet, and keep the platform available while it changes underneath with heave AI coding.
• Scale the platform horizontally: Move process-local coordination into shared state, so our workers can run as many replicas without double-booking capacity or paying for work twice.
• Run the data layer: Own PostgreSQL, Redis and the job queue in production, including connection budgets, pooling, migration safety, backups and restore drills.
• Make failures loud: Build observability with Prometheus, Alertmanager and Grafana that ends at a person who can act, not at a dashboard.
• Own the DevOps foundation: CI/CD in GitHub Actions, infrastructure as code with Terraform on GCP and Render, reproducible container images, and secrets management.
• Treat cost as an engineering metric: Find the unit drivers behind hosting, network, sandbox and model spend, and change the system to move them.
• Shape the future team: Hire and grow the engineers who join after you, and potentially lead the function as it expands.

What We're Looking For

• Proven production experience: A track record of running production systems as an SRE, DevOps or platform engineer, with real on-call ownership.
• Strong Python: Including asyncio. Many of our reliability fixes live in application code, and you'll write and review them. We're AI fans - if you can vibecode and automate your work - we'll support that.
• Solid infrastructure fundamentals: PostgreSQL, a job queue (arq, Celery, Sidekiq, Temporal or similar), Linux and containers, Terraform and GitHub Actions.
• Builder mentality: You enjoy taking a fragile system and turning it into a dependable one, step by step, without stopping the business.
