Key Responsibilities:

• Designing a scalable Affiliate Program in alignment with company objectives.

You have:

• 5+ years of experience in the affiliate industry, minimum 3 years with iGaming.
• B2 level of English.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, practices, and technologies.
• Team management skills at a high level.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and attract new affiliates, as well as re-engage existing ones, to grow the affiliate in Tier1 countries.
• Manage multiple affiliate campaigns simultaneously.
• Create and implement new campaign ideas, including bonuses, and promotions to keep affiliates motivated.
• Visit industry events and represent the company in the best way.
• Analyze affiliate campaigns and their performance to gain valuable insights that can be used to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product development, support, PR, etc.
• Prepare and provide affiliates with promotional assets such as banners, text ads, and screenshots, ensuring brand alignment.

You have:
