About the Role
We are looking for a creative and experienced Game Designer (Middle level or higher) to join our team and work on exciting game projects. You will be responsible for designing engaging gameplay systems, levels, and features while collaborating closely with developers, artists, and producers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design core gameplay mechanics, systems, and levels
• Create and balance game features, progression, and rewards
• Collaborate with artists, developers, and PMs to implement designs
• Write clear and detailed design documentation
• Iterate on game features based on feedback and analytics
• Contribute ideas to enhance player experience and engagement
• Maintain vision consistency across the game
• Test and refine gameplay to ensure fun, balance, and polish
  
   

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Game Designer or related role
• Proven experience working on released games
• Strong understanding of game mechanics, systems, and player psychology
• Ability to write clear design documents and communicate ideas effectively
• Proficiency with design tools 
• Passion for games and staying up to date with industry trends
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher

THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team! This role is multi-disciplined, requiring a blend of design and implementation skills to help bring our game’s interface and experience to life. The ideal candidate will be interested in working in a high-energy, creative, and collaborative environment. You are entrepreneurial in spirit and enjoy wearing many hats. You have a deep understanding of the UI/UX design process, including ideation, prototyping, and final implementation in Unreal. Your goal is to create engaging, intuitive, and visually compelling interfaces that enhance gameplay and improve user experience.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Design and implement UI features using Unreal Engine’s tools (Blueprints, UMG) focusing on usability.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that illustrate user journeys and UI/UX concepts.
• Work with engineers and artists to bring UI to life, balancing technical constraints and design goals.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure a cohesive and high-quality user experience.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical thinking combined with strong initiative and responsibility.
• Provide feedback on UI/UX design improvements and refine designs based on user testing and project.
• Scope UI/UX requirements for features and help define execution plans to ensure timely implementation.
• Implement improvements to UI workflows and processes to enhance efficiency across the team.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer working on game projects for PC or console.
• Strong design principles and experience creating intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing interfaces.
• Proficiency with Unreal Engine 4 or newer (Ideally UE5+), including UMG and Blueprint scripting.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Perforce.
• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and final UI elements.

PLUSES:

• Knowledge of API and backend integration for dynamic UI elements.
• Experience working with Unreal Engine 5.
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Degree in Design, Computer science, or equivalent.

THE ROLE

We are looking for an amazing Lead Platform Engineer with a varied background in building and maintaining services relied upon by the game and its surrounding infrastructure. Our first title is an ambitious 3rd person smart shooter with unique elements. This is not your everyday shooter! 

This role will manage our game platform and work closely with Gameplay Engineering, LiveOps, Devops, and Analytics to contribute to a robust, scalable platform encompassing authentication, social features, matchmaking, session and server instance management, and more. While this is first and foremost an engineering developer position, experience on the LiveOps side of things is a definite plus.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

• Lead the development and evolution of platform systems built on Pragma to support live environments.
• Own platform execution and technical direction in close partnership with gameplay, backend, and production teams.
• Design, implement, and operate server infrastructure using Hathora to support session-based multiplayer gameplay.
• Build and maintain tools and services that support development workflows, live operations, and reliability.
• Work closely with gameplay engineers to ensure reliable integration between game systems and platform services.
• Define, track, and respond to operational metrics, helping establish effective live service monitoring practices.
• Make pragmatic technical decisions, balancing player experience, delivery timelines, and operational constraints.
• Provide timelines and risk assessments to Production, proactively identifying dependencies and mitigation plans.
• Set technical standards through example, code reviews, and shared ownership.
• Manage Internal and external platform resources. 
• Manage platform (Pragma) and server architecture (Hathora) relationships. 

 EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS WE LOOK FOR:

• 6+ years of backend or platform engineering experience, preferably in games or real-time services.
• Experience shipping and operating a session-based live service title.
• Strong understanding of web API design, service contracts, and backend best practices.
• Experience with Kotlin and/or Java is a plus.
• Comfortable integrating backend services with Unreal Engine–based clients.
• Collaborates effectively with cross-discipline, fully remote teams.
• Able to work independently and take initiative in a fast-moving, flexible environment.
• Startup experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working across multiple time zones. (Team based globally from EU-Central to US-West)
• Passionate about building reliable systems that support great gameplay.

About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact Game Marketing Manager with strong PR expertise to drive the public image and visibility of our games. Your primary focus will be managing relationships with gaming media, journalists, influencers, and industry platforms to generate coverage, reviews, and buzz around our releases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute PR and marketing strategies for game launches and live titles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with gaming press, journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
• Create compelling press releases, media kits, and communication materials
• Pitch stories and secure media coverage across top-tier gaming and tech outlets
• Coordinate interviews, previews, and feature articles with the press
• Monitor media trends and identify PR opportunities in the gaming industry
• Collaborate with product, creative, and marketing teams to align messaging
• Track results and report on campaign performance and media impact
   

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in game marketing, PR, or communications
• Proven success in working with gaming media and securing press coverage
• Strong understanding of the gaming industry, trends, and audience behavior
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience crafting press releases, pitches, and marketing narratives

Argentics gamedev company is looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager. The position is responsible for sourcing and developing partnerships with both game startups and established studios to bring new projects to Argentics. This position would partner with management and senior leadership on many of the company’s highest priority business development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Actively look for prospects who might be interested in Argentics services.

- Close deals for game development, art outsourcing projects and other domains.

- Operate effectively with newly acquired clients ranging from indie startups to large game developers and publishers.

- Partner cross-functionally with the Management and Delivery teams to negotiate deal terms, drive special projects, advocate internally for clients’ interests.

- Create additional pitch decks and presentation materials to assist with negotiating with potential clients.

- Monitor game industry trends (games, developers, influencers) to determine new opportunities and partnerships to develop.

- Duly managing the CRM.

Requirements:

- At least 5+ years of experience as a Sales/Business Development Manager, preferably with a Game Development background.

- Strong understanding of the outsourcing model.

- Proven experience in hunting for new clients and closing new deals.

- Strong communication and presentation skills leading with empathy and emotional intelligence.

- You should possess a high level of intellectual curiosity about games, media, and consumer entertainment.
