Your profile
We’re looking for a candidate who embodies the following qualities and skills:
- 2+ years of experience in community management, customer support, or user operations in Web3/crypto projects
- Understanding of crypto-native audiences, DeFi ecosystems
- Skilled in managing online communities across Telegram, Discord, X (Twitter), Reddit, and other Web3-focused platforms
- Good written communication with a casual yet professional tone that resonates with the crypto crowd
- Comfortable handling technical questions, feedback, and user issues with clarity and empathy
- Experienced in collaboration with product, dev, and marketing teams to close support loops and align on messaging
Responsibilities
As a CMO at Allbridge, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for users across all channels, helping them troubleshoot issues, navigate the product, and get the most out of Allbridge
- Moderating active communities, fostering healthy discussion, guiding new users, and protecting against spam, scams, and misinformation
- Translating user feedback into actionable insights for the product and dev teams
- Maintaining up-to-date support docs and guides to enable self-service and reduce repeat issues
- Collaborating with the wider CM team to ensure consistent brand voice, 24/7 coverage, and seamless user experience across all touchpoints

How do we work?- Working schedule
We operate on an 8-hour shift system, ensuring that our global community always has support. You'll follow a 3-days-on, 1-day-off rotation, giving you regular breaks - Remote work
This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from wherever you’re most comfortable and productive
