You will join a compact engineering team focused on building high-performance, cloud-native infrastructure.
Responsibilities- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD)
- Set up and manage environments (Dev, Stage, Production)
- Implement containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Configure and maintain streaming and storage services (Kafka, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis)
- Ensure security and secrets management (Vault / Sealed Secrets, TLS/mTLS)
- Implement and maintain monitoring and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki)
- Optimize performance, scalability, and fault tolerance of deployments
- Support development teams with infrastructure automation and troubleshooting
Tech Stack - Core: Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD
- Messaging / Data: Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse
- Security: Keycloak, Vault, TLS/mTLS

Requirements - 3+ years of experience as a DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer
- Strong background in containerization and CI/CD
- Experience with Kafka, PostgreSQL, or ClickHouse in production
- Good understanding of networking, Linux, and system design
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Helm, Ansible)
- English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
- Nice to Have
- Experience with high-load systems or real-time data processing
- Knowledge of observability tools (Grafana, Loki, Tempo, OpenTelemetry)
Familiarity with DevSecOps practices (RBAC, secrets rotation, security hardening)
