About the Role

We’re looking for a Sr. Motion Designer who is obsessed with the new wave of AI video tools and how they can be make beautifully engaging, social-first ad content.

Key Tasks:

• Creating motion ads for Meta, Google, TikTok and other platforms
• Producing short animated motion videos, searching for video footages on stock platforms, selecting music and sound effects, generating AI videos/graphics/voiceovers, and localizing finished videos.
• Conduct competitor research, track emerging media trends and how they might apply to the app
• Generating ideas alongside the marketing team to improve the visual communication of messages in ads
• Searching and testing new AI tools and plugins to optimize and speed up the workflow for creating advertising assets.
• Setting the quality bar for the team, developing the skills of others MDs in the team, and onboarding new team members
• Delivering high-quality motion videos that aligns with brand and marketing objectives

Skills and experience?

Must have:

• 3+ years of experience in motion design with a strong portfolio showcasing animation skills and editing techniques
• Expertise in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Media Encoder, Figma
• Proficiency with tools such as Midjourney, Google Flow (or similar VEO3-based engines), ElevenLabs, Heygen, Creatify, and ChatGPT
• Strong understanding of animation principles and visual effects, ability to work without visual references is a must
• Creative, out-of-the-box thinking
• Strong eye for detail, with an understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to maintain consistency across motion graphics
• Understanding of performance marketing concepts and min metrics (e.g. CTR, CPI, Hook Rate, Hold Rate)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• English B2+ level

About the role:

We’re looking for a Sr Graphic Designer (with at least 3 years of professional experience) eager to join our company.

We’re looking for a person that:

• Has strong digital-first portfolio showcasing impactful multi-channel creative across paid social and campaign work.
• Understands what makes paid social creative work; strong hooks, clarity, proof and pace
• Has a strong level of proficiency with AI tools for image generation and editing (Nano Banana, Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT).
• Creates engaging static ad creatives for performance campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, and Google) - specifically for mobile apps.
• Understands the goals behind each creative: increasing CTR, lowering CPI, improving install rate - and you design with those KPIs in mind.
• Experience in designing for app categories like Health & Fitness, Meditation, Fintech, or Education is a strong plus.
• Agency experience is a plus.

• Skills in editing vector / raster images.

About the Role

We’re looking for an Media Buyer/User Acquisition Specialist with experience in promoting consumer app.
 

Key Tasks?

• Create and manage app-specific campaigns on major paid advertising platforms, primarily Google Ads, Meta, and Apple Search Ads (ASA)
• Compile and analyze data acquired from advertising campaigns to assess performance and inform strategies & analyze acquired data
• Conduct competitor research to identify opportunities for improving clients’ app performance and ROI
• Contribute to discussions and brainstorming sessions for new ideas to enhance various mobile products.
• Participation in discussions and brainstorms of new ideas for scaling campaigns

Skills and experience?

• Proven experience in managing app campaigns
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) (e.g., AppsFlyer, Singular, Adjust)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Media Buying or User Acquisition for apps
• Experience in using Google Sheets and/or Business Intelligence (BI) tools
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency (minimum B2 level)
