    Weโ€™re looking for a Product Designer (with app experience) eager to join our company.

    Weโ€™re looking for a person that:

    • Wants to join our design team at Applica, helping optimise mobile and web apps.
    • Is motivated to improve onboarding, paywalls, and other key user journeys.

    What skills do we require from you:

    The role: Senior Product Manager

    This is more than a delivery role โ€” itโ€™s a growth opportunity for a sharp product operator ready to step into leadership. Youโ€™ll take ownership of client outcomes while growing into a strategic role across marketing, service development, and team leadership.

    Your mission:

    • Lead the delivery of product optimization work across client accounts.

    Youโ€™re a great fit if you

    • Have 2โ€“4 years of experience as a product manager, product analyst, or growth lead in a B2C digital product (ideally subscription-based).
    • Have worked in fast-paced product environments.
    • Have work with App & Web2App funnels.
    • Are data-fluent (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA, Excel/Sheets) and know how to dig into problems.
    • Have improved onboarding flows, paywalls, retention, or monetization mechanics.
    • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients (English B2+/C1).
    • Are hungry to grow beyond delivery โ€” into marketing, strategy, or service leadership.
