Thanks to our efforts, we are always on the list of the top 10 dating apps in the USA. 35M registered users, 50M matches annually, 1.5B likes sent, 900K monthly active users, 4.6/5 Apple Store and 4.4/5 Google Play user ratings.

You will:

● Develop and architect scalable Progressive Web Application, implement new features.
● Drive performance optimisations, implement SSR for optimised performance.
● Build scalable and performant APIs for data management and platform services.
● Debug production issues and improve system stability and performance.
● Collaborate with marketing analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders to design efficient data flows and integrations.
● Proactively participate in improvements and existing solutions tuning.

From you:

● 2-4+ years as a full-stack engineer.
● Strong proficiency in Vue.js / Nuxt.js (SSR, dynamic rendering).
● Solid backend experience using PHP with Laravel.
● Experience creating scalable, multi-tenant environments with focus on rich front-end experiences.
● Excellent communication skills and adeptness in cross-functional collaboration.
● Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

Will be an advantage:

● Experience or understanding of web marketing.
● Familiarity with event tracking, analytics platforms (GA4, TikTok, Meta, Pinterest), and server-to-server integrations.
● Experience working with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as Adjust or AppsFlyer.

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to fully own and grow our Traffic-driven Dating Review Products.

This is a high-autonomy role where you’ll lead strategy, experimentation, and product improvements end-to-end. Our review products drive real value for users and brands — helping people choose the best services and bringing partners the highest-intent traffic in the market. Also, we’re planning to scale and add new verticals.

We work with 7-digit budgets on scale. You’ll work with senior specialists, big volumes of Tier-1 traffic, and AI-powered systems built to scale. The dating market is $8B+ and growing — and this domain will be entirely yours to lead.

Future Growth Path: Product Lead.

You will:

- Own the product area: decisions, roadmap, execution.
- Run and scale A/B tests that improve Traffic-driven funnel metrics (CTR, CR, EPC, ROI).
- Generate and validate bold product hypotheses using real data.
- Enhance user value through better ranking logic, content experiences, and personalized review flows.
- Identify growth opportunities through competitor research, SERP behavior, and market trends.
- Collaborate with product, SEO, analytics, engineering, and AI teams to ship fast.
- Use AI, automation, and clustering models to speed up research and execution.
- Directly influence unit economics and revenue through product improvements.

We’ll have a match if you have:

- 1+ year in MarTech/PPC/SEO/CRO, or 6+ months in Growth/Product Marketing/Product.
- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with funnels, performance metrics, and measurable product impact.
- Curiosity for automation and modern AI tools.
- Upper-Intermediate+ English.

Will be an advantage:

- Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Amplitude, or similar tools.

• Keep the team updated on relevant policies of key marketing platforms, as well as those of Google Play and the App Store.

• Conduct regular audits of the product/marketing materials to ensure there is no compliance risk for the businesses.

• Carry out checkpoints, brainstorms, and training with the marketing, creative, brand, product teams to ensure a stable and compliant policy environment.

• Create new and revise existing internal policy frameworks to streamline workflows.

• Брати участь у підтримці й розробці нових сервісів на базі фреймворку Laravel.
• Оптимізувати й рефакторити наявну кодову базу проєкту.
• Інтегрувати сторонні сервіси через RESTful API.
• Підвищувати ефективність роботи з базою даних MySQL (оптимізація запитів, індекси, кешування).
• Писати unit-тести для перевірки функціональності та стабільності коду.
• Брати участь у code review.
• Працювати із системами контролю версій (Git).
  
  З тебе:
• Розуміння принципів роботи HTTP і TCP-протоколів.
• Знання підходів до розробки проєктів відповідно до стандартів PHP і принципів SOLID, KISS, DRY.
• Вміння працювати з реляційними базами даних — зокрема MySQL і MariaDB.
• Розуміння роботи фонових процесів і задач (job).

Зараз ми в пошуку Senior/Lead UA Manager, який очолить масштабування R&D продукту у сфері Digital Wellness.

Ти будеш:

• Запускати, оптимізовувати та масштабувати Meta Ads кампанії (Facebook & Instagram).
• Досліджувати нові підходи до таргетингу, формати креативів, аудиторії та офери, що резонують із нашими користувачами.
• Будувати ефективні воронки разом із продуктовою командою — від кліку до core action.
• Працювати з аналітикою: рахувати CPM, CTR, CPA, CAC, ROMI, LTV, retention, ARPPU тощо.
• Генерувати інсайти з даних і трансформувати їх у конкретні маркетингові рішення.
• Тестувати креативи, сториборди та гіпотези з високою швидкістю.
• Співпрацювати з дизайнерами, аналітиками й девелоперами — запускати фічі, кампанії, нові формати воронок.
