We are Anyforsoft, an outsourcing IT company that has been helping clients from Europe and US build scalable systems in domains such as EdTech, eCommerce, media and more for over 10 years.
We’re currently looking for a proactive and result-oriented Outbound Marketing Manager who will help us expand our client base and build strong relationships with customers.
If you are familiar with cutting-edge marketing tools (including AI-powered solutions), have strong analytical thinking, can anticipate clients’ needs and pain points, and communicate effectively, we would love to have you in our team.
What You’ll Do:- Plan and run outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn).
- Segment and manage contacts in the CRM.
- Write copy for outreach sequences.
- Maintain and improve outbound infrastructure.
- Build dashboards and reports to track results.
- Manage contractors for marketing projects.
Optimize workflows with AI tools.
What We Expect:
- 3+ years in outbound or B2B marketing.
- English: B1+.
- Experience with segmentation and CRM management.
- Strong skills in copywriting for outreach.
- Google Sheets skills (formulas, filters, pivot tables).
- Familiarity with AI tools for daily tasks.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Proactivity, eagerness to share new ideas, and a continuous drive to improve processes.
