    We are Anyforsoft, an outsourcing IT company that has been helping clients from Europe and the US build scalable systems for over 10 years.
    We are currently looking for a Project Manager with a strong technical background who would like to participate in an ambitious military tech project and contribute to the defence of Ukraine.

    Responsibilities:
     

    • Managing project scope, timelines, and resources.
    • Budget planning and control, expense reporting, and cost tracking.
    • Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation.
    • Jira administration (configuring and maintaining workflows, boards, and permissions; ensuring accurate data capture).
    • Collecting project metrics and preparing regular reports.
    • Managing a technical team, ensuring accurate task statuses and high-quality delivery.
    • Supporting management in creating, maintaining, and updating financial and legal processes (e.g., preparing contracts and invoices, processing payments).

    Requirements:
     

    • 5+ years of experience in IT project management and 10+ years in the IT field.
      If the candidate has a strong technical background, 3+ years in IT project management is acceptable.
    • Strong technical expertise with a solid understanding of both software and hardware principles.
    • Technical education or experience in hardware management (e.g., system administration) is required.
    • English level B1 or higher.
    • Russian or Ukrainian level B2 or higher (verbal communication with the team).
    • Basic knowledge of finance is a plus.

    Hi there! 

    We are Anyforsoft, an outsourcing IT company that has been helping clients from Europe and US build scalable systems in domains such as EdTech, eCommerce, media and more for over 10 years.
    We’re currently looking for a proactive and result-oriented GTM Manager who will help us expand our client base and build strong relationships with customers.
    We would like to find someone who can fully own our outbound lead generation channel with SQL as the core outcome. This role is for someone who enjoys autonomy, works systematically, pays attention to detail, and thinks in terms of systems and results rather than tasks.


    What You’ll Do:
     

    • Own outbound as a channel with SQL as the key metric
    • Plan, launch, and iterate outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn)
    • Own and maintain email and LinkedIn lead generation infrastructure
    • Segment and manage contacts in HubSpot CRM
    • Write and optimize outreach copy and sequences
    • Build dashboards and reports to track performance
    • Maintain and improve automation and outbound workflows
    • Optimize processes using AI tools
    • Manage contractors involved in marketing initiatives
    • Work closely with CEO, CRO, CMO, and BDM
    • Collaborate with the delivery team to support hypothesis testing

       

    What We Expect:

     

    • 2+ years of experience in outbound or B2B marketing
    • Hands-on experience with CRM segmentation and data management
    • Strong copywriting skills for outbound and sales messaging
    • Confident use of Google Sheets (formulas, filters, pivots)
    • Experience using AI tools in daily workflows
    • High level of ownership and responsibility
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex systems
    • Owner mindset and comfort being accountable for results
    • Proven experience with Clay
    • Experience with such tools as Instantly, HubSpot, CRM Make, n8n, Apollo, Smartlead, ZeroBounce, Zapmail, Dripify would be an advantage.
