    We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Influencer Outreach Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, researching, and evaluating potential influencer partners who align with our brand values and campaign goals. You will build the foundation for long-term collaborations by ensuring we connect with the right voices in digital communities.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Research and source influencers across Instagram and TikTok.
    • Screen and evaluate influencer profiles based on audience demographics, engagement, and content quality.
    • Maintain and update an internal influencer database with accurate information.
    • Negotiating with influencers on the terms of cooperation.
    • Collaborate with the content and brand teams to align influencer messaging with overall campaign narratives and creative direction.
    • Track and report on influencer performance metrics, linking influencer impact to campaign KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, brand sentiment).
    • Build long-term partnerships with high-performing influencers to strengthen advocacy and brand loyalty.
    • Contribute to overall influencer marketing strategy, supporting the shift from one-off collaborations to sustainable, scalable ambassador programs.

     

    Requirements:

    • Strong interest in social media, influencer marketing, and digital trends.
    • English B2+.
    • Previous experience in influencer research, marketing, or talent scouting.
    • Creativity – ability to generate new and original ideas.
