We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive performance across digital channels and scale our paid campaigns globally. In this role, you will take ownership of advertising campaigns from launch to optimization, work closely with creatives and analysts, and continuously test new approaches to maximize results in fast-growing international markets.

Requirements:
• Assisting in selecting creatives for launching advertising campaigns across different regions
• Managing, monitoring, and optimizing advertising campaigns
• Delivering against set plans and KPIs; campaign analysis and reporting
• Identifying new approaches and trends
• Tracking performance and optimizing campaigns
• Testing and optimizing new traffic sources and advertising models
• Understanding key marketing metrics: CTM, CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, CR
• Understanding the principles of effective campaign launch and scaling
• Ability to create clear briefs for designers for creative banners and video content editing

Skills:
• Understanding of relevant software: Google Analytics, Google Trends, Ads Manager, and Google Ads
• Ability to track and analyze Facebook, AdWords, and push-traffic algorithms
• Experience working with designers to create advertising content
• Strong analytical mindset
