We’re looking for a Senior Deep Learning Engineer to join Anadea’s rapidly growing ML/DL team. You’ll be working on an innovative Scandinavian fintech project, where AI is central to product strategy. This role offers direct communication with the client and an opportunity to influence business decisions through cutting-edge ML/DL solutions.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong track record in delivering deep learning solutions, who enjoys technical challenges and is eager to shape products that make a real impact. You’ll contribute both technically and strategically—designing, building, and optimizing models, while also helping guide the AI roadmap.
 

What You’ll Do:

• Lead development of ML/DL solutions from research to production.
• Design and train models for NLP, CV, and GenAI use cases.
• Build and optimize AI pipelines, including RAG systems and LLM fine-tuning.
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders, aligning AI work with real business needs.
   

Must Have:

• Proven experience delivering AI solutions end-to-end.
• Strong expertise in Python and either PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Solid understanding of machine learning and deep learning fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with NLP and/or computer vision architectures.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
   

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI Agents, multimodal models, or RAG pipelines.
• Background in model optimization (quantization, distillation, pruning).
• Familiarity with MLOps, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience contributing to the community (open-source, conferences, publications).
• Leadership experience: mentoring, code reviews, technical ownership.
