    Mission:

    Convert incoming client requests into paid customers, retain revenue, and grow accounts through upsell and cross-sell.

    Your responsibilities

    • Support clients on AML / KYC-related use cases and product logic

    • Retain customers by proactively working with churn risks

    • Share insights from client conversations to improve sales scripts and product positioning
