We are looking for a strong e-commerce / growth marketer with proven, successful experience who is able to build marketing systematically — from strategy and prioritization to execution and revenue growth.
At the moment, marketing activities are fragmented and there is no unified strategy. The key task is to bring structure, define clear focus areas, and build a sustainable growth system based on existing assets.
About the Project:

Role & Responsibilities:
This is not a purely “hands-on execution” role by default, but also not a purely managerial position.
Ideally, we are looking for a specialist who has hands-on experience in setting up key marketing processes independently and can confirm this experience with real cases.
At the same time, we are open to a format where the marketer focuses on strategy, management, and execution control through specialized professionals, while retaining full responsibility for results.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy
- Development and implementation of an e-commerce marketing strategy
Working with the Existing Customer Base
- Repeat sales
- Customer reactivation
- Abandoned cart recovery
System Development
- Marketing automation funnels
- Retargeting systems
Audience Warm-Up & Retention via CRM Channels
- Telegram
- Other messengers (WhatsApp, Viber, etc.) — with a focus on effectiveness, not “doing everything at once”
Funnel & Channel Management
- Selection and prioritization of communication channels within funnels
Paid Traffic Management
- Task setting and control of Google Ads specialists
- Hypothesis testing, performance evaluation, and ROI control
Execution Control
- Briefing and control of creatives
- Briefing and control of landing pages
Analytics & Decision-Making
- Data analysis, interpretation, and decision-making based on numbers
Requirements:
Experience
- Proven successful experience in e-commerce
- Hands-on experience with:
- Marketing automation funnels
- Retargeting
- Large customer databases
Skills
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and e-commerce economics
- Experience working with contractors and specialists
- Ability to deliver results, not just assign tasks
- Analytical mindset and data-driven approach
- Working-level knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Experience with multilingual projects is a plus

KPI & Performance Evaluation:
Months 1–2 (Onboarding & Setup Phase)
- Audit of the customer database and current marketing channels
- Database segmentation
- Launch of basic automation funnels and retargeting
- Development of marketing strategy and scaling plan
- Baseline metrics definition
From Month 2–3 Onwards
- KPI tied to revenue growth from the existing customer base
- Bonus is calculated from incremental revenue generated through:
- Marketing automation funnels
- Retargeting
- Audience warm-up and CRM channels
Specific KPI metrics and bonus structure are discussed and finalized jointly after the onboarding phase.
