What you will do

• Validate and improve existing data records to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Identify and add new organizations that meet defined internal criteria
• Verify people, roles, and seniority using public sources (incl. LinkedIn)
• Detect inconsistencies, outdated information, and duplicates
• Maintain structured datasets with clear validation logic
• Work closely with internal teams to continuously raise data quality standards

Who we’re looking for

• Strong manual research & verification mindset
• Advanced LinkedIn research experience (org mapping, role validation)
• Very high attention to detail
• Comfortable working with structured datasets and quality checks
• Able to make judgment calls based on incomplete or conflicting information

We are building a proprietary intelligence platform focused on alternative asset classes. The research team is responsible for maintaining current, high-quality market intelligence through structured analysis, primary research, and direct engagement with organizations.

This is a fully research-driven, external-facing analyst role with real responsibility for insight quality and data integrity.

What you will do

• Conduct in-depth research on organizations operating in alternative asset classes
• Identify and validate:
  • Active investment mandates
  • Strategy focus and allocation preferences
  • Meaningful organizational or mandate changes
• Review and approve self-reported information submitted by organizations
• Proactively reach out to firms to confirm, clarify, or expand on insights
• Ask precise, well-structured questions to obtain actionable information
• Maintain clear research notes, context, and approval rationale
• Continuously monitor updates and surface material changes

This role sits at the intersection of research, product, and communication and owns how complex information is structured, explained, and presented.

What you will do

• Write and maintain long-form research content (blogs, insights, analytical articles)
• Draft and structure internal documentation (concepts, workflows, explanations)
• Build and maintain glossary and taxonomy pages with consistent definitions
• Create case studies that clearly explain problems, approaches, and outcomes
• Draft presentation decks (research summaries, product narratives, internal docs)
• Turn complex, technical, or analytical input into clear, structured writing
• Edit and standardize existing content for clarity, consistency, and accuracy
• Collaborate closely with research and product teams to capture domain knowledge

Who we’re looking for

• Excellent technical and analytical writing skills
• Ability to structure information logically (frameworks, definitions, hierarchies)
• Comfortable working across external content and internal documentation
• Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail
• Excellent written English (C1+)

Nice to have

• Experience writing technical documentation or research content
• Familiarity with financial, data, SaaS, or intelligence products
• Experience building glossaries, taxonomies, or knowledge bases
