    We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with Account Management experience to take responsibility for several existing accounts and develop your own portfolio of accounts through pre-sales.
    If you successfully implement strategic initiatives, are not afraid of challenging tasks, are able to work at a high pace, and are willing to take ownership of the accounts you manage, we are looking forward to meeting you.
    In this role, you will be fully responsible for delivering and managing your portfolio of projects and accounts, as well as a team of project managers working alongside you. You will communicate with the CEO and VPO, report to a Delivery Director, and closely work with your peers – Delivery Managers and Unit Managers, to build and sustain your portfolio.
     

    You Have:

    Practical experience:

    • 5+ years in Delivery Management in IT service companies
    • Portfolio management (3+ clients simultaneously)
    • Pre-sales and estimates
    • Proactive up-sales
    • PMs' mentoring and growing 
    • KPI Management (develop and cascade, bring it to your team)
    • Business negotiations with budget owners and other stakeholders
    • Experience in Account Management is highly valuable
    • Growing enterprise clients
      Also, we expect:

    • Excellent SDLC knowledge
    • Great problem-solving and diplomacy skills
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
    • Confident spoken English level

    • Ensure the delivery happens on time and within budget
    • Final decision about team composition acceptance
