Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing / user acquisition (mobile)
• Proven experience launching mobile apps or games from scratch
• Hands-on experience with at least 2–3 platforms:
  • Meta Ads (required)
  • Google App Campaigns
  • AppLovin / Unity Ads / TikTok
• Strong understanding of:
  • CPI / CPA / ROAS / LTV
  • break-even logic
  • budget estimation
• Experience with analytics tools:
  • AppsFlyer / Adjust
• Strong expertise in creative strategy:
  • hooks / angles / iteration
  • high-volume creative testing approach
• Ability to structure campaigns from zero and define testing strategy
• Ability to clearly explain complex concepts in simple terms
• Data-driven mindset with real cases

Responsibilities

• Define go-to-market strategy for mobile apps/games from pre-launch stage
• Build a clear step-by-step launch plan (from zero to first scale)
• Estimate realistic test budgets and scaling scenarios
• Design UA structure across channels (Meta / Google / AppLovin / Unity, etc.)
• Define creative strategy:
  • what creatives to produce
  • how many creatives are needed
  • what to test first
• Recommend analytics and tracking setup:
  • event structure (install → trial → purchase)
  • attribution setup (AppsFlyer / Adjust)
  • funnel logic
• Identify key risks and common mistakes before launch
• Answer strategic questions and provide actionable recommendations

• Execute social media posting across platforms
• Identify and contact gaming influencers and streamers
• Manage outreach database and track communication
• Distribute game keys and follow up
• Assist with press emails and basic PR tasks
• Track campaign metrics and prepare simple reports
• Support store page updates and announcements

• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with cold outreach
• Basic understanding of social platforms and analytics

Обов’язки:

• Долучатись до розробки ігор на Unreal Engine;
• Допомагати у впровадженні нових ігрових механік та функцій;
• Тестувати, знаходити та фіксити баги;
• Працювати разом з дизайнерами та розробниками над ідеями;
• Брати участь у командних обговореннях і брейнштормах.

Вимоги:

• Базові знання Unreal Engine та C++;
• Комерційний досвід від 6 місяців або впевнені пет-проєкти;
• Англійська на рівні Intermediate або вище;
• Бажання розвиватись у GameDev;
• Уважність, відповідальність і вміння працювати в команді.

Буде плюсом:

• Досвід роботи з 2D або 3D графікою.
• Знання інших мов програмування.
• Наявність пет-проєктів та змога їх продемонструвати.
