Requirements

• Strong C or C++ experience
• Experience building applications without heavy engine frameworks
• Comfortable working with custom SDKs and APIs
• Experience implementing gameplay logic from scratch
• Understanding of low-level system constraints
• Comfortable debugging with minimal tooling
• Experience with software rendering or sprite-based systems
• Solid understanding of state machines and game loops
• Ability to work with emulator + hardware testing workflow
• Comfortable working in VS Code
   

Strong Advantage

• Embedded systems or firmware experience
• Microcontroller development (Arduino, ESP32, etc.)
• Experience with scripting languages similar to Pawn (Lua, AngelScript, etc.)
• Experience handling custom input systems
• Experience working under memory / performance constraints
• Experience delivering timeboxed gameplay prototypes

Technical Environment

• Pawn (C-like scripting language)

Responsibilities

• Develop gameplay systems and mechanics from scratch using C/C++ and Pawn within a custom SDK environment.
• Implement and optimize game loops, state machines, software rendering, and sprite-based systems.
• Integrate low-level APIs and handle custom input systems under hardware and memory constraints.
• Debug and optimize performance using emulator and real hardware testing workflows.
• Rapidly prototype, iterate, and deploy builds to physical devices in a timeboxed environment.

• Experience working on released projects  (mobile games).
• Must: experience with puzzle game and hybrid-casual game
• Experience working with game analytics tools 
• Ability to define, track, and analyze key game metrics (retention, LTV, ARPU, conversion, funnel analysis, etc.).
• Understanding of game development processes and project life cycles.
• Experience in creating and balancing game mechanics.
• Ability to write technical documentation and specifications.
• Experience with prototyping and level design tools.

Обов’язки:

• Долучатись до розробки ігор на Unreal Engine;
• Допомагати у впровадженні нових ігрових механік та функцій;
• Тестувати, знаходити та фіксити баги;
• Працювати разом з дизайнерами та розробниками над ідеями;
• Брати участь у командних обговореннях і брейнштормах.

Вимоги:

• Базові знання Unreal Engine та C++;
• Комерційний досвід від 6 місяців або впевнені пет-проєкти;
• Англійська на рівні Intermediate або вище;
• Бажання розвиватись у GameDev;
• Уважність, відповідальність і вміння працювати в команді.

Буде плюсом:

• Досвід роботи з 2D або 3D графікою.
• Знання інших мов програмування.
• Наявність пет-проєктів та змога їх продемонструвати.
