    At Almus, we’re looking for a System Analyst to join our Analytics team and take technical ownership of mobile analytics (iOS) and marketing data.

    In this role, you will ensure data quality and transparency across mobile tracking, attribution, and marketing integrations, acting as a technical bridge between Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering teams. You will work with real production data in a privacy-first iOS environment and have a direct impact on how business and marketing decisions are made.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate on and be responsible for the technical aspects of mobile analytics (iOS) and marketing data
    • Ensure accuracy, availability, completeness, and reproducibility of mobile and marketing data
    • Design and maintain event tracking across in-app behavior, attribution, and lifecycle stages
    • Enable product and marketing decisions through reliable and trusted data
    • Act as a bridge between Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering teams
    • Define and maintain standards for mobile tracking and data quality
       

    What We Look For

    • 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or Marketing Analyst
    • Strong understanding of mobile analytics, with a focus on iOS and SKAdNetwork Framework
    • Experience with event tracking, attribution, and funnel analysis
    • Hands-on experience with MMPs such as Adjust or AppsFlyer
    • Strong SQL skills and experience with analytics data pipelines
    • Understanding of data flows and schemas
    • Experience identifying, diagnosing, and resolving data quality issues
       

    Nice to have

    • Experience with Firebase, GA4, or Amplitude
    • Experience working with BigQuery
    • Python skills for data validation and quality checks

    You will work on end-to-end ML solutions, from data and features to deployment and monitoring, focusing on improving LTV prediction quality, optimizing ML-driven costs, and driving key metrics such as LTV, ROAS, retention, and CAC. This is an individual contributor role with strong ownership, close collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Data teams, and a clear focus on real business impact.

    Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to production
    • Improve product and business decision-making through data-driven approaches
    • Build and evolve end-to-end ML pipelines (data → features → model → inference → monitoring)
    • Drive measurable impact on key product and commercial metrics
    • Standardize ML approaches within the team (best practices, documentation, reproducibility)
    • Provide technical input to the architecture of analytics and ML infrastructure

    We are looking for a Lead User Acquisition Manager to join one of our top-performing business units and take full ownership of growth through Paid Social.
    This is an impact-driven role with end-to-end responsibility for UA performance, working at the intersection of traffic, product, monetization, and analytics.
    You will drive growth decisions for iOS subscription products, scale Paid Social as the main growth lever, and manage UA execution and strategy across multiple products.

    Responsibilities:

    • Own P&L performance for products within the business unit
    • Lead and scale Paid Social as the core traffic growth channel (Meta as primary)
    • Make data-driven decisions to scale, optimize, or stop traffic sources, creatives, and experiments
    • Build, prioritize, and validate growth hypotheses across: acquisition channels, creatives, funnel performance, onboarding, paywalls, and pricing
    • Drive fast, informed decision-making based on analytics and unit economics
    • Manage UA execution and strategy across products; manage UA team members
    • Act as a single point of ownership for UA results within the unit
    • Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, Monetization, Analytics, and Creative teams
    • Align UA efforts with product changes and monetization strategy
    • Provide regular reporting on key KPIs and performance metrics.

      What we look for:
    • Strong hands-on experience in User Acquisition for mobile iOS apps with a subscription business model
    • Deep expertise in Paid Social: Meta (must-have), TikTok (strong plus)
    • Solid understanding of unit economics: LTV (including predictive LTV), CPA / CPP, ROAS, profit-driven optimization
    • Strong understanding of the subscription funnel: Install → Trial → Paid
    • Experience collaborating with product and monetization teams on: onboarding, paywalls, pricing decisions
    • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
    • Experience managing UA processes and prioritizing growth hypotheses
    • Proven ownership mindset: takes responsibility for results, not just execution
    • Experience managing at least 1-3 UA specialists.

      Nice to have:
    • Broader experience across additional channels (TikTok, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, etc.)
    • Understanding of ASO and its impact on performance channels
    • Strong A/B testing mindset and experience running growth experiments.
