About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter who can proceed in his/her skills enhancement and diving deeper into how to manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles and work closely with clients and hiring managers to deliver high-quality candidates.

This role requires strong theoretical sourcing skills, high level of adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced outstaffing environment with multiple open roles.

Required skills:

• 1 year of experience in technical recruitment
• up to 2 years of strong sourcing experience (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search)
• Proven experience of successful engineers' pre-selection / hiring (Frontend, Backend, Full-stack, DevOps, etc.)
• Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously
• Ability to pre-assess technical candidates 
• English - Upper-Intermediate (С1+) or higher

Nice to have 

• Prior experience of working in IT outstaffing environment
• Hiring across multiple European, LATAM, APAC, US markets

• Understanding of different engagement models (outstaffing, dedicated teams, EOR etc.)

Scope of work:

• Full-cycle recruitment: manage the end-to-end recruitment process from intake to offer signing 
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for multiple technical roles

• Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Contribute to improving sourcing strategies and recruitment workflows

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Data Engineer to join the client’s team.

Required skills:

• 3+ years of experience in Python development (or 1+ year of Python plus 2+ years in another language)
• 2+ years of experience in production data environments
• Strong experience with modern data engineering tools and libraries (e.g., Pandas, PySpark, SQLAlchemy)
• Hands-on experience with Databricks or other distributed data processing frameworks
• Proficiency in working with structured and semi-structured data from various sources (databases, APIs, files, etc.)
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
• Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing, and performance optimization
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Team player with strong collaboration and interpersonal abilities

Advantages

• Experience with Databricks or similar platforms for large-scale data processing and analytics, as well as data orchestration tools and MLOps frameworks

Scope of work:

• Design and implement robust, scalable data pipelines and workflows using modern data engineering frameworks
• Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Analysts, Developers, and Product Managers to support data needs and model deployment
• Take ownership of data quality, data architecture, and production readiness across systems
• Build and optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes across structured and unstructured datasets
• Develop reusable data processing components and libraries
• Troubleshoot data issues, performance bottlenecks, and maintain high data integrity across environments
• Contribute to the evolution of the client’s cloud-based data infrastructure
• Document data workflows and participate in the development and execution of test strategies for data systems

We seek an Experienced Full-Stack Developer to take a pivotal role in our R&D organization. This position is for a technical leader passionate about building great software and can drive development across the entire lifecycle, from concept to production.

Required skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience as a Software Engineer in an IDF technological unit.
• 5+ years of professional, hands-on experience in software development.
• Proven experience leading the development of complex features from a technical standpoint, from design to deployment.
• Strong experience in backend development with C# and the .NET (or .NET Core) framework.
• Deep expertise with modern frontend frameworks, preferably Angular and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins), and containerization (Docker).
• Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• A proactive and autonomous individual who can own complex problems and drive them to resolution.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., NgRx).
• Familiarity with component libraries such as Angular Material.
• Advanced knowledge of testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Jasmine, Karma, Playwright, NUnit, xUnit).

Scope of work:

• Lead end-to-end feature development using Angular and C#, collaborating with product teams and mentoring engineers.
• Take full ownership of our infrastructure evolution by driving modernization initiatives such as monolith upgrades, service containerization, and migration to the AWS cloud.
• Actively build, manage, and improve CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cloud infrastructure to ensure smooth and reliable deployments.
• Design and deliver scalable backend services and responsive user interfaces.
• Promote best practices in code quality, testing, and security.
• Translate product requirements into production-ready features.
• Work with relational databases and optimize queries.
