Required skills:

• Strong will and aspiration in making the first step in the Networking and Information Systems Security industry.
• Strong computer skills with an emphasis on Networking, TCP/IP, Firewalls, and proxy servers.
• CCNA Certification or equivalent knowledge level.
• Familiarity with VPNs, IPSEC, security protocols, and standards.
• Great troubleshooting abilities and passion to dive into complicated technical problems in real production environments.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a passion for working with customers.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken - a must
• Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment with a willingness to manage multiple simultaneous tasks.

Scope of work:

• Provide technical support for Cato Networks customers around the world.
• Own and manage customer issues and see problems throughout resolution.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues, keeping a positive and “can-do” attitude.
• Be a focal point for the customer’s needs and become a trusted advisor with customers by deeply understanding their business and aligning their needs with our solutions.
• Act as a customer advocate internally while effectively collaborating with internal teams, including product management, engineering, sales, and finance.
• Track and monitor customer status and identify both areas of concern and growth opportunities.
• Be a part of building and expanding the company’s Global Support Services.

Required skills:

• 6+ years of proven experience as a full-stack developer, with 4 years of proven experience working with web applications using React or pure JavaScript (ES6+)
• 3+ years of experience with CSS
• 3+ years of experience in Node.js/ Typescript
• 2+ years of experience with Nest.JS
• Experience with Databases - MySQL is a Must
• Experience with building scalable backend services -Must

Position Description:

This role combines excellent technical skills, driving multidisciplinary Data Science initiatives within complex, security policy management systems. The role drives the development of innovative, production-grade AI capabilities - including security AI agents and advanced machine learning models built on complex security data. Original thinking, deep technical rigor, intellectual agility, and exceptional problem-solving are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Data Science initiatives from problem definition through validation, production deployment, and monitoring of AI systems
• Develop security-focused AI agents and reasoning systems
• Develop advanced ML capabilities, including predictive modeling, anomaly detection, and classification
• Adapt and fine-tune LLM technologies for domain-specific security use cases

Position Requirements:

• M.Sc. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline
• At least 3 years of hands-on Data Science experience, delivering end-to-end solutions into production environments
• Deep understanding of machine learning theory and practical model behavior

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter who can proceed in his/her skills enhancement and diving deeper into how to manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles and work closely with clients and hiring managers to deliver high-quality candidates.

This role requires strong theoretical sourcing skills, high level of adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced outstaffing environment with multiple open roles.

Required skills:

• 1 year of experience in technical recruitment
• up to 2 years of strong sourcing experience (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search)
• Proven experience of successful engineers' pre-selection / hiring (Frontend, Backend, Full-stack, DevOps, etc.)
• Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously
• Ability to pre-assess technical candidates
