As a Solutions Engineer, you will be a key technical partner to our Account Executives, helping
to prove the value during the sales cycle. You will lead technical discovery, design and deliver compelling proofs of concept, and act as a trusted advisor to customers evaluating our AI-powered embedded analytics platform.
This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you will combine deep technical expertise with strong business acumen to drive successful sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Account Executives throughout the deal cycle to demonstrate the
  technical value.
• Lead technical and business-focused discovery sessions to qualify opportunities and
  uncover customer needs.
• Build, own, and deliver high-quality Proofs of Concept (PoCs) using the internal platform, including dashboards, data modeling, embedding (React/JS SDKs), and REST APIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Services, Product, Engineering) to
  ensure smooth opportunity progression and successful handoff to post-sales.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, best practices, and enablement for the broader Sales and Solutions Engineering teams.
• Stay current with analytics, AI, and embedded technology trends to provide strategic technical guidance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role (Sales Engineering,
  Professional Services, Technical Account Management, or similar).
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and
  non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and modern analytics/BI platforms, data warehouses,
  and ETL tools
• Proficiency with JavaScript or a JavaScript framework (React/Angular/Vue ); experience
  with embedding solutions is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of data analytics, BI, and modern data platforms.
• Experience with cloud solutions and SaaS environments.
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate or pull in resources.
• Fluent English.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with occasional early morning
  calls.
  
  Nice to Have
• Experience with Python or other server-side languages.
• Background in embedded analytics, AI/ML, or developer platforms.
• Previous exposure to sales processes and value-based selling

We are looking for a dynamic team of three experienced developers to join our new product development project. This project will be an integral part of our existing solution to innovate and expand our offerings. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end solutions using React and Node.js.
• Collaborate within a team to build cloud-based and AI-driven solutions.
• Engage in continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), implementing the latest software development practices.
• Leverage Generative AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, or other AI coding assistants to enhance development efficiency and innovation.
• Ensure system scalability and maintainability using AWS infrastructure.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong background in React, Node.js, and Python (Python as a plus).
• Proven experience with Generative AI tools and concepts (required).
• Experience in cloud-based development (AWS) and knowledge of cloud code practices.
• Ability to work in an Agile, fast-paced environment with a focus on AI-driven products.
• Prior experience in working collaboratively as part of a team with a similar tech stack.
• Experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Required skills:

• Strong will and aspiration in making the first step in the Networking and Information Systems Security industry.
• Strong computer skills with an emphasis on Networking, TCP/IP, Firewalls, and proxy servers.
• CCNA Certification or equivalent knowledge level.
• Familiarity with VPNs, IPSEC, security protocols, and standards.
• Great troubleshooting abilities and passion to dive into complicated technical problems in real production environments.

Scope of work:

• Provide technical support for Cato Networks customers around the world.
• Own and manage customer issues and see problems throughout resolution.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues, keeping a positive and “can-do” attitude.
• Be a focal point for the customer’s needs and become a trusted advisor with customers by deeply understanding their business and aligning their needs with our solutions.
• Act as a customer advocate internally while effectively collaborating with internal teams, including product management, engineering, sales, and finance.
• Track and monitor customer status and identify both areas of concern and growth opportunities.
• Be a part of building and expanding the company’s Global Support Services.
