Senior Rive Animator

Our client is a fast-growing mobile product in the space of interactive digital trading card collecting. The company builds a highly visual product where animation and interactivity play a key role in the overall user experience.

We're currently looking for a Senior Rive Animator to join the product team and help create polished, interactive animation experiences for the mobile application.

What you’ll do

• Create high-quality interactive animations in Rive for our mobile application.
• Develop animations for key product experiences, including card reveals, pack-opening experiences, rewards, transitions, UI interactions and other engaging product moments.
• Work closely with developers and product/design teams to make sure animations are technically suitable for implementation and perform well in the live product.
• Translate product and design concepts into interactive, production-ready animation systems.
• Create and maintain animation states, transitions and interactions based on user actions and application logic.
• Iterate on animations based on feedback from developers and the product team.
• Optimize animations for mobile performance and a smooth user experience.
• Prepare clean, well-organized Rive files that can be easily integrated and maintained by developers.
• Contribute to the visual and motion language of the product as it evolves.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of professional experience in animation / motion design, with strong experience creating animations for digital products.
• Strong hands-on experience with Rive.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating live, production-level projects, preferably mobile applications or interactive digital products.
• Experience creating interactive rather than purely linear animations.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, transitions and motion design.
• Experience collaborating closely with developers and adapting animation to technical requirements.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of animation tasks and iterate quickly based on feedback.
• Strong attention to detail and a good sense of product aesthetics and user experience.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.

Nice to have

• Experience with mobile applications and mobile UI/UX.
• Experience with Rive State Machines, inputs, triggers and other interactive Rive features.
• Experience with other animation tools such as After Effects, Lottie or Spine.
• Experience with character, UI or gamified product animation.
• Experience working in an early-stage startup or fast-paced product environment.
• Understanding of how animation is integrated into iOS/Android applications.

Portfolio requirements

A portfolio is an essential part of the application process.

We are particularly interested in seeing:

• Live applications or production projects where your animations are currently being used.
• Interactive animations that respond to user actions or application states.
• Examples demonstrating collaboration between animation and development.
• A variety of animation projects rather than only one type of work.

About the Role 

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our international group of companies. This is a key role that combines strategic financial management with hands-on operational control. The Finance Manager will be responsible for banking relationships, tax compliance, client billing, payroll, budgeting, and reporting. The role involves close cooperation with the CEO and coordination with finance teams across multiple countries. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Banking & International Operations 

• Manage relationships with 10+ international banks; 
• Oversee FX operations, liquidity, and intercompany transfers. 

Client Billing & Revenue Assurance 

• Supervise invoicing for 50+ clients and EOR projects. 
• Handle payment delays, conduct billing audits, and act as an escalation point. 
• Act as an escalation point for billing concerns and lead client audit processes. 

Payroll & Payments 

• Manage monthly payments for 550–600 employees and contractors. 
• Ensure accurate and timely salary distribution. 

Tax & Compliance 

• Oversee tax filings and statutory payments across jurisdictions. 

• Coordinate transfer pricing reporting with external consultants.

   

Financial Planning & Reporting 

• Lead budgeting process and year-over-year analysis. 

• Deliver regular financial reports, P&L statements, and forecasts to the CEO. 

   

Team Leadership & Process Improvement 

• Manage and support the finance team in Ukraine 
• Optimize workflows and implement new financial tools (e.g., Zoho) 
• Resolve cross-departmental financial concerns and support client-facing operations. 

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management. 
• Previous experience in international or group-level finance roles is a strong advantage. 
• Strong knowledge of accounting and tax regulations, would be a plus Poland, Israel, UK, UAE 
• Hands-on experience in FX, cash flow management, payroll, and client billing. 
• Leadership skills with proven experience managing a team. 
• Strong communication and negotiation skills. 
• Confident English. 
• Proficiency in financial systems. 
• Deep understanding of best financial practices with a proven ability to design, implement, and scale efficient finance processes across multiple jurisdictions. 
• Cooperate with the fractional CFO and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals 

We are looking for a Junior IT Technician to join a team responsible for maintaining and supporting advanced training and simulation systems. 

In this hands-on role, you will help ensure that both hardware and software systems remain operational and ready for training. You will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, perform preventive maintenance, and assist with the technical setup and execution of training exercises.

Requirements 

• 1+ year of experience as an IT Technician or relevant technical education/certification 
• Recent graduates with a relevant degree are welcome to apply 
• Candidates without formal IT education but with hands-on technical experience and a strong interest in IT are also encouraged to apply 
• Basic understanding of computer operating systems and networks 
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 
• Good communication skills in English
