    We are seeking an IT Recruitment Specialist to join our Global Recruitment Team.

     

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Manage and drive the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback, and offers for all levels of candidates);
    • Take ownership of positions/clients (manage candidates’ pipelines, collaborate with the hiring managers, highlight issues during the recruitment process, create an improvement action plan, etc);
    • Demonstrate the ability to find unique solutions to attracting, sourcing, closing, and retaining passive and active candidates;
    • Conduct HR interviews and negotiate job offers with candidates.

       

    WHAT WE’LL EXPECT FROM YOU:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
    • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, primarily with a focus on mass recruitment and high-volume hiring.
    • Expertise in recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies, as well as desire to develop new related skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadline
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Upper-intermediate+ level of English.
      *Ability to work from the Kyiv office 3 times per week.

    Key Responsibilities:


    Payment Setup:

    • Set up and manage payments across various banks worldwide, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international banking standards.
