Currently, we are rapidly growing and looking for an SEO specialist to strengthen our team and manage client projects with excellence.

You’ll be working on diverse projects of various sizes, niches, and budgets, including clients like HemoMedika, Arley Sign, FindMyCRM, and more.

What we expect from you:

• Strategic planning, development, and implementation of SEO strategies, assessing their effectiveness and results
• Detailed competitor analysis
• Deep knowledge of technical SEO
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
• Ability to perform in-depth audits on various CMS, builders, and custom sites
• Proficiency in using Google Search Console, Analytics 4, Tag Manager, specialized services (Ahrefs, SERanking, etc.), crawlers (Screaming Frog), and extensions
• Creating detailed work plans, presenting them, and explaining them to clients
• Identifying growth points on projects and analyzing their profitability for clients
• Adherence to deadlines and KPIs
• Preparing reports, participating in client meetings, and communication with clients via chat

General requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an SEO specialist
• Mandatory experience with eCommerce projects
• Successful case studies
• English level - B1+
• Proficiency in Google Sheets
• Desire to improve and stay up-to-date with trends and Google algorithms

It would be a benefit:

• Experience managing 3-5 projects simultaneously
• Implementation of custom scripts, xpath for more efficient work

  8-hour workday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

  If you want to work more, no problem! Overtime is paid. You can also work 7 hours a day.

To expand our team, we are looking for an ambitious SEO specialist. We offer a comfortable work environment that encourages both professional and personal growth.

What you will do:

• Collect and organize semantic core data, and create meta tags
• Conduct content audits and provide recommendations for optimization
• Analyze competitors in organic search
• Create briefs for copywriters for both the local and international markets
• Handle external optimization, select quality backlinks, and build links to the site
• Perform technical audits and create briefs for developers to fix issues
• Generate reports

What we offer:

• Remote work

  We understand the importance of flexibility and the ability to work from anywhere.

• Flexible schedule

  Work 7-8 hours per day, Monday to Friday. If you want to work more, overtime is paid.

• Salary

  We offer a competitive salary from 27,000 to 30,000 UAH (based on the interview). With the potential to earn more as your expertise grows.

• Probation period

  The probation period lasts 1 month (possibly less), after which we’ll both know if the cooperation is a good fit. This period is fully paid at the agreed salary.

• Regular reviews

  We value your work and are ready to reward it. The first salary review will take place after 4-5 months.

• Work with interesting projects

  We work with a variety of projects from both the local and international markets, all within white-hat niches.

• Vacation and time off

  All public holidays are time off. Paid vacation and sick leave are available after 6 months of cooperation. Want to work on a holiday? No problem! You can use the day off whenever it's convenient for you.

  Along with a mentor to support you, you’ll have access to top courses to help you grow your skills.

   

What is important for us:

• Understanding Google’s algorithms and website optimization principles
• Familiarity with SEO terms (SERP, crawling budget, sitemap, microdata, etc.)
• Experience with Search Console, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Screaming Frog
• Experience with eCommerce projects is required
• Quick learning and ability to master SEO tools
• Being proactive, with clear communication of ideas and strategies
• Ability to work with Google Sheets
• Keeping up with updates in Google’s algorithms and industry trends
