Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment projects for our Ukraine, Europe, and LATAM locations
• Establish and nurture relationships with internal hiring managers
• Oversee the entire recruitment life cycle for a range of positions, from junior to management level, starting with analyzing the vacancy request, creating a talent pool, and onboarding qualified candidates
• Implement candidate generation strategies using practical recruiting tools
• Assist in developing efficient recruitment and search strategies for new Akvelon locations
• Provide an exceptional experience for all qualified candidates and our hiring managers
• Proactively build a candidate pipeline through a network of potential applicants
• Serve as a strategic talent advisor for the local management team
• Identify the most effective sources for generating a talent pool in relation to open positions
• Manage the administrative tasks associated with each role
• Collaborate with the global recruitment team to devise strategies that attract candidates
• Conduct job briefings and post job advertisements across social media and networking channels.
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in the IT recruitment industry
•Strong understanding of the local IT market (Ukraine) and at least one international market
• Solid sourcing experience using both traditional and non-traditional sources such as databases, networks, job boards, social media, Google X-Ray search, online forums, blogs, etc.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with people
• Build effective communication with hiring managers
• Ability to drive the recruitment process from gathering requirements to candidate onboarding
• Proficient in problem-solving and pipeline management
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize multiple tasks
• Natural sales ability with a hunter mentality
• Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
