    The project focuses on managing and securing large-scale engineering infrastructure that supports development and testing activities. It involves supporting distributed on-premises and cloud-based environments, including servers, applications, databases, and test systems, while contributing to security initiatives and overall system reliability. As a Software Development Engineer, you will work closely with senior engineers to maintain and evolve infrastructure services, develop internal tools, and automate operational processes using C#, PowerShell, and Azure technologies.

     

    Key responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain automation and internal tools for hardware and engineering infrastructure using C# and PowerShell.
    • Support and improve hardware lab and test environments across on-premises and Azure-connected systems.
    • Assist with infrastructure and hardware lifecycle management (onboarding, upgrades, maintenance).
    • Collaborate with hardware engineers to improve reliability, scalability, and operability of test systems.
    • Participate in incident investigation and resolution.
    • Implement monitoring, alerting, and security improvements for infrastructure services.

     

    Requirements:

    • Strong experience with C# and PowerShell 
    • Hands-on experience with Azure services (compute, networking, storage, identity).
    • Solid knowledge of Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
    • Understanding of distributed systems and cloud-based infrastructure concepts.
    • Experience with monitoring, logging, and infrastructure reliability practices.
    • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating effectively within a team.

The role suits an engineer who enjoys troubleshooting, working closely with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of business-critical systems.

     

    Key responsibilities

    • Provide technical support for Dynamics 365 and PowerApps solutions in production environments
    • Handle incoming support requests, investigate issues, and provide resolutions or workarounds
    • Perform case triage, classification, and routing following established support processes
    • Troubleshoot issues using logs, system data, and application diagnostics

    • Lead and mentor the Support Team, ensuring high-quality technical support and timely issue resolution
