We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Scientist / Engineer with a strong research and engineering background in Natural Language Processing and Large Language Models (LLMs) to lead the development of advanced reasoning and summarization systems. You will drive cutting-edge innovation in multi-document understanding, reasoning LLMs, and model alignment techniques, working on greenfield challenges with meaningful, real-world applications.

Requirements:

• Substantial research experience in Reasoning LLMs, Chain of thought, Post training LLMs, RLHF, LLM Alignment, NLP areas
• Hands-on experience with training or fine‑tuning open‑source reasoning LLMs
• Deep expertise in NLP and LLM architectures
• Proven ability to design and run independent research and experimentation
• Strong Python and modern ML tooling skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work autonomously

Nice to have:

• Applied research experience in Financial (Investing) domain
• PhD in Machine Learning, NLP, Computer Science, or a related field
• Applied research experience in industry
• Contributions to notable open‑source LLM projects (datasets, libraries)
• Publications and/or original research in the area
• GCP experience is strongly preferred

• 5+ years of commercial experience in backend development.
• Experience with Go & Python. Go Experience is a MUST
• Experience with GraphQL, Thrift, gRPC
• Experience with SQL.
• Ability to design and implement complex distributed systems operating under high load.
• Experience with partitioning, sharding, and replication is a plus.
• Experience with any of these: Kafka, Cassandra, Redis, PostgreSQL.
• Experience developing customer-facing public applications is preferred.
