We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruitment Researcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a strong ability to work collaboratively within a team. As a Recruitment Researcher, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, conducting thorough candidate assessments, and supporting the full recruitment lifecycle. Your proactive approach and dedication to achieving results will be key to your success in this role. Requirements:
πΈ1+ year of experience in IT researching/sourcing;
πΈGeneral understanding of technologies in the IT Industry;
πΈKnowledge of X-ray, Boolean search, job boards, LinkedIn search, GitHub, Stack Overflow;
πΈEnglish level β Intermediate and higher;
πΈStrong communication and negotiation skills;
πΈResults-oriented mindset, with a proven ability to set and achieve recruitment targets and deliver high-quality candidates in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
πΈSearch for candidates via LinkedIn and other resources;
πΈDrawing up CVs of candidates in a corporate format;
πΈProcess responses from the corporate website, DOU and other resources;
πΈWorking with different recruitment tools;
πΈWork closely with the Recruitment team to determine hiring needs and priorities.
