You will drive cutting-edge innovation in multi-document understanding, reasoning LLMs, and model alignment techniques, working on greenfield challenges with meaningful, real-world applications.


    Requirements:

    • Substantial research experience in Reasoning LLMs, Chain of thought, Post training LLMs, RLHF, LLM Alignment, NLP areas
    • Hands-on experience with training or fine‑tuning open‑source reasoning LLMs
    • Deep expertise in NLP and LLM architectures
    • Proven ability to design and run independent research and experimentation
