Our Products

• AIstats Mobile App – a consumer product for fans and bettors, which has already reached 100K MAU since its launch in September.
• AIstats Business Solutions – analytics tools powered by ML models and computer vision technologies, helping clubs and scouts make more informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Development of new HTTP and WebSocket endpoints with integration of third-party APIs (REST/gRPC/GraphQL - depending on tasks).
• Writing unit and integration tests to ensure correct operation of APIs, including boundary cases and work with external services.
• Performing load testing and code profiling to identify bottlenecks and improve performance.
• Working closely with frontend, analytics and product teams - from discussing specifications to implementing solutions in production.

Requirements

Must have:

• Strong knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript, experience in REST/WebSocket API development.
• Experience with microservice architecture and interaction between services via RabbitMQ, Redis, TCP connections.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL (query writing, indexing, transactions, migrations).
• Experience with MongoDB and understanding when it is appropriate to use it.
• Experience with Docker, understanding of how docker-compose works.
• Understanding of the principles of Nginx as a proxy server (including in the context of WebSocket/HTTPS).
• Proficiency with Socket.io, understanding of its features (e.g., rooms, reconnect, persistence, etc.).
• Experience in configuring logging, debugging and profiling backend code.

Will be a plus:

• Understanding how Billing systems work
• Experience with Elasticsearch: setting up and using it for full-text search.
• Load testing skills and tools (e.g. k6, Artillery, autocannon).
• Understanding and implementation of HTTPS, certificates, working via secure WebSocket.
• Experience with CI/CD and build automation in a Docker environment.
• Team development experience: code review, git flow, Jira/YouTrack/Linear.

Job Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing Motion Designer who will create 15–20 motion creatives per week to support our marketing and paid acquisition efforts.

Your goal is to test ideas, iterate quickly, and identify what performs best. As a reference point, we aim for an average 8% success rate based on internal benchmarks. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team to review results and continuously improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Create video ads for mobile apps to run on Meta, Instagram, and ad networks
• Create rendered footage, visual compositions, and 2D animations
• Develop creative concepts and scripts
• Working with assets from Figma
• Work with text animations, ensuring smooth integration into motion design
• Develop quick animation concepts, brainstorm creative ideas, and finalize designs
• Use stock footage and assets to craft dynamic, visually compelling animations
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure animations align with brand and marketing objectives
• Prepare and animate photo and video materials
• Handle editing, keying, tracking, and color correction

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in motion design
• Intermediate proficiency in After Effects
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Figma, and Adobe Photoshop
• Ability to work with templates and presets
• Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, rhythm, smooth movement) and the ability to apply them in practice
• Experience working with shapes and masks; basic understanding of rotoscoping and compositing
• Understanding of UX/UI design and animation principles
• Experience working with AI tools (image and video generation, AI avatars, text-to-speech voiceovers)
• Ability to work with infographics
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
• Passion for innovation and a desire to grow in motion graphics
• Basic sound design skills
• Portfolio showcasing animations and dynamic graphics for digital platforms
• Nice to have:
• Familiarity with trends in the sports/football industry
• Basic marketing knowledge and understanding of how animations can enhance product visibility

Mission

Drive the development of a world-class web experience for AIstats’ next-generation football intelligence platform — powered by proprietary Computer Vision and 3D tracking technologies. Your mission is to transform this breakthrough data into fast, intuitive, and scalable user-facing products that accelerate revenue growth, strengthen retention, and position AIstats as the industry leader in modern football analytics. By building a robust and high-performance frontend foundation, you will directly contribute to achieving $1M annual revenue with 30% ROMI, 3× stronger user retention, and laying the groundwork for scaling the platform to $10M ARR.

Outcomes (3–6–12 months)

Within 3 months

• Deploy the web platform locally and set up the development environment.
• Fully review and understand the existing Vue/Nuxt architecture, API integrations, and mobile app dependencies.

• Identify and propose improvements in SSR stability, performance, and state management.

   

   

  Within 6 months

• Deliver stable, production-ready features built with Nuxt 4, Vue 3, TypeScript, and Tailwind.
• Achieve measurable improvements in performance (LCP, TTI), hydration stability, and UX consistency.
• Implement secure multi-provider authentication via Firebase and real-time features using Socket.io.
   

Within 12 months

• Establish the web platform as a reliable growth channel that contributes meaningfully to revenue and retention.
• Build a scalable architecture that supports rapid experimentation and analytics-driven iteration.
• Ensure a robust, maintainable frontend codebase aligned with long-term product and revenue goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of production experience with Vue.js and Nuxt (Nuxt 3/4 preferred).
• Deep understanding of Vue 3 Composition API, SSR, hydration, and edge rendering.
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES2015+).
• Hands-on experience with Vite and Node.js in SSR environments.
• Expertise in Pinia, composables, and scalable state management patterns.
• Strong skills in building responsive UIs with Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with Firebase Authentication and browser storage (localStorage, cookies).
• Familiarity with Socket.io or native WebSockets.
• Ability to independently drive development in a remote, fast-paced environment.
