    We are looking for a Senior Android Developer in Poland or Lithuania to work remotely for our client project.

     

    Requirements:

    • Expert in Android development (min. 6 years of experience).
    • Experience developing architectures from scratch and/or introducing enhancements to existing architectures.
    • Experience working in all phases of the mobile application development lifecycle.
    • Proven ability to communicate difficult technical issues with sufficient clarity to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Experience in developing Android applications using Kotlin, with expertise in Concurrent Reactive Programming (Coroutines and Kotlin Flow), and Jetpack Compose.
    • Experience in implementing complex UI/UX in B2C apps. (Share your examples (links) in your CV).
    • A strong grasp of software architecture patterns like MVP, MVVM, or MVI.
    • A mastery of Android Clean Architecture, SOLID Principles, and Dependency Injection, along with a solid knowledge of CS fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and multi-threading.
    • Experience with Agile methodologies.
    • Experience with Git and automation tools such as CI/CD and unit testing.
    • Very good level of English (min. B2+).

     

    Nice to have:

    • Experience moving from cross-platform to native app development.
    • Experience working with BLE and smart devices. 
    • Experience in some of the following domains: consumer apps, fitness and health apps, hardware apps such as apps for smart wearables, etc.
    • Experience working in complex environments with multiple teams and stakeholders.

    Responsibilities

    • Own PSP reconciliation and settlement processes across multiple payment providers
    • Control liquidity and balances across PSP, bank, and EMI accounts
    • Monitor fees, reserves, chargebacks, rolling reserves, and PSP cost structures
    • Prepare and validate financial and operational reports related to payment flows
    • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies with internal teams and PSP partners
    • Support audits, internal controls, and compliance checks related to payments
    • Drive process improvements and automation in financial control workflows
    • Participate in PSP contract and fee schedule reviews

     

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in financial control/accounting / finance within PSP, fintech, iGaming, or high-risk payments
    • Strong understanding of payment flows, reconciliation, settlements, and liquidity
    • Experience with high-risk payments, chargebacks, and reserves
    • Strong Excel and analytical skills; experience with reporting systems
    • Experience working with BI tools (Tableau / Power BI – at least user level)
    • English B2+
    • High attention to detail, ownership mindset
