About the Role

We are seeking a versatile and skilled React Native Developer with experience using Expo to join our dynamic team. You will be a key player in building cross-platform (iOS and Android) mobile applications that leverage the power of AI. This role demands a strong understanding of React Native, Expo, and modern mobile development best practices. You will have the opportunity to work on all aspects of the app development lifecycle, from ideation and design to implementation, testing, and deployment. This is a fully remote position.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and Expo.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
• Utilize Expo's managed workflow and services to streamline development and deployment.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Implement and maintain state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Context API).
• Implement UI components and layouts with a focus on performance and responsiveness.
• Debug and resolve application issues across different devices and platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest React Native, Expo, and mobile development trends.
• Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks.
• Contribute to the architecture and design of our mobile applications.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.

   

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience developing mobile applications with React Native.
• Strong proficiency with Expo and its ecosystem (Expo CLI, Expo Go, EAS Build, EAS Submit).
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or similar).
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Git and version control.
• A passion for building user-friendly and performant mobile applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• A portfolio of React Native apps (especially those built with Expo) that showcase your skills (highly desirable).

Bonus Points

• Experience with native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) development.
• Experience with AI/ML integration on mobile.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Native Testing Library).
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) for React Native and Expo.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
• Experience with other JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular).

About the Role:
We are searching for a talented User Acquisition Manager to lead our mobile user growth initiatives, with a particular emphasis on scaling web-to-app channels internationally. This role will involve proactively identifying growth opportunities, formulating hypotheses, and driving their execution from concept to result. You’ll have full ownership over web-to-app strategies, including optimization, tracking, analytics, and collaboration across acquisition and ASO teams.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Develop and implement international user acquisition strategies with a strong emphasis on web-to-app funnels.
• Identify opportunities and growth points by continuously researching, testing, and scaling web funnels.
• Formulate clear, data-driven hypotheses and execute tests to validate new acquisition channels and campaign strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with design, analytics, ASO and paid traffic teams to optimize and scale user acquisition efforts.
• Create detailed analytical reports, continuously tracking and optimizing funnels for maximum conversion and ROI.
• Lead creative production processes, setting clear objectives and managing freelancers/agencies.

• Regularly perform competitor analysis and market research to strengthen campaign strategies.

   

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Proven track record (2+ years) in scaling web-to-app user acquisition on international markets beyond CIS regions.
• Deep expertise in web-to-app funnels, analytics, and tracking methodologies (UTM tagging, Postback tracking, Server-to-Server integrations).
• Strong knowledge of paid acquisition channels including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, and Apple Search Ads (ASA).
• Solid understanding of ASO principles and how web, organic, and mobile traffic strategies synergize.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Firebase, Google Analytics).

• Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and proactive mindset.
