About the role
As a Junior/Middle Talent Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in connecting top engineering talent with the right projects, supporting career growth, and enhancing retention within a fast-growing, multicultural company. You’ll gain hands-on experience in full-cycle talent operations, collaborate across teams, and take ownership of initiatives that improve processes while growing your expertise in HR and IT operations.

What you will do
● Help our Software Engineers to find new projects within our company;
● Connect outstanding requests with matching opportunities and support them through the whole process (e.g. help our Engineers to find a part-time Project or a Mentor within the company);
● Collaborate with other departments to achieve our goals;
● Create well-structured, neat, engaging, and informative resumes according to the company’s guidelines;
● Keep track of available talent and job opportunities.

Must haves
● 1+ years of prior experience in an IT company as a recruiter (preferred) or HR;
● Highly developed listening and communication skills;
● You are an energetic, proactive, and well-organized person;
● Upper-Intermediate English level;
● Great attention to detail.

Nice to haves
● You are comfortable with working in a fast-changing environment;
● You have strong GTD skills.

About the role
As a Full Stack Senior/Lead Engineer, you’ll join a cross-functional, agile team to build new features and enhance product experiences for millions of users. You’ll contribute across web and mobile platforms, improve performance, and ensure seamless user interactions.

What you will do
● Work independently and provide guidance to other team members;
● Ensure smooth operation and performance of both web and mobile applications;
● Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs efficiently;
● Design, develop, and implement new features across web and mobile platforms.

Must haves
● 5+ years of experience building scalable systems;
● Solid experience with ReactJS, NodeJS for web and React Native for mobile development;
● Proven ability to deliver solutions with high throughput and low latency requirements;
● Demonstrated experience designing and implementing complex business solutions;
● Ability to develop features independently without design guidance, taking ownership from concept to implementation;
● Upper-Intermediate English level.

Nice to haves
● Experience in Startups;
● Experience with Firebase Functions.
