    About the role

    We’re looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and action - a natural connector who can turn leads into conversations into opportunities. You’ll help shape how Affinity Space builds relationships with some of the world’s most progressive companies.
     

    As you will be joining a close and intimate team, you will be required to wear multiple hats. You will have unique and exciting responsibilities and have the opportunity to develop quickly!
     

    You will be working closely with the founders to continue to refine the strategic direction of the Affinity Space product and the sales and marketing strategy.
     

    Lead Generation

    • Define ICPs and segment global lead lists across target industries and regions.
    • Use tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, GetProspect, and IcyPeas to enrich data.
    • Research and explore new tools to keep up to date with the latest in AI-driven sales
    • Design and manage targeted outreach campaigns in Instantly and Attio.
    • Coordinate multi-user LinkedIn outreach and experiment with new creative channels.
    • Build and maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline accuracy in Attio.
    • Research and identify innovative ways to connect with key decision-makers.
    • Manage early-stage relationships and ensure a seamless handoff to sales calls.
       

    Sales Enablement

    • Build tailored proposals that communicate value clearly using Affinity templates.
    • Learn and apply the Affinity Sales approach in discovery and demo calls.
    • Partner with Client Success and Delivery to ensure a strong close-to-onboard experience.
       

    Goals and Expectations

    • You will be joining a small team that has a very special culture focused on building an intimate team climate to create value and live intentional lives, at work and at home.
    • You will be the 10th member of the full-time team and hence would be expected to wear a few hats at different times depending on the team's needs. We would be looking for this position to be a team leader in the near future.

    What you’ll need to be successful

    The ideal candidate should possess a strong desire to learn a growth mindset and a genuine passion for continuous learning.
     

    Given the direct interactions with clients worldwide, effective and concise communication is crucial. Fluency in English and the ability to collaborate with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds are necessary.
