For out partner, we are looking for an Office Manager.

A fast-paced company is on the hunt for a highly organized and quick-thinking Office Manager to join their team in Malta. This is a full-time, in-office role where you’ll be the person everyone turns to when things get hectic (which is often). If you’re the type who thrives under pressure, keeps calm while juggling ten things at once, and doesn’t shy away from a bit of chaos, this could be for you.

What you’ll do

• Keep the office running like clockwork, from laptops and desks to coffee and internet.
• Coordinate travel and hospitality arrangements for the commercial team (flights, hotels, restaurants, the works).
• Tackle suppliers and service providers, fighting for refunds, upgrades and better deals.
• Handle whatever unexpected problems land on your desk and solve them before they become bigger.
• Support the leadership team directly, anticipating needs and staying one step ahead
• Make the office a place where people can focus, even when the pace is intense.

What we’re looking for

• A natural organizer who hates loose ends and loves getting things done.
• Someone who can think fast, prioritize hard, and still keep a smile when the pressure’s on.
• Confident communicator who’s not afraid to argue their case on the phone or in person.
• Previous experience in office management, operations, or a similar role.
• Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working with a very demanding manager
• Currently residing in Malta or willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities

For our partner; we are looking for a Junior Finance Officer

About the Company: 
A growing iGaming company in Malta is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Officer to join their team. This role offers a strong entry point into finance, providing hands-on exposure and development opportunities within a fast-paced, international environment. The Junior Finance Officer will support the finance function in the day-to-day financial operations of the company, working closely with the Head of Finance and the wider team to ensure accurate reporting and strong financial processes.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger entries, month-end processes, accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Supporting inter-company reconciliations within the Group
• Assisting in the calculation of client revenue share, preparation of supporting schedules and posting of sales invoices in Dynamics365
• Supporting customer invoicing and assisting with basic debt collection activities
• Assisting with cash flow monitoring, payments and bank account administration
• Supporting the preparation of VAT returns and other regulatory filings
• Assisting in maintaining internal financial controls and documentation
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis activities
• Assisting with statutory audits, preparation of financial statements and regulatory submissions
• Carrying out any additional finance-related tasks as assigned from time to time
   

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field (ACCA/ACA students considered an asset)
• Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus, but not essential
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn financial systems
• Organised, detail-oriented and eager to learn
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment
