This is a full-time, in-office role where you’ll be the person everyone turns to when things get hectic (which is often). What you’ll do

• Keep the office running like clockwork, from laptops and desks to coffee and internet.
• Coordinate travel and hospitality arrangements for the commercial team (flights, hotels, restaurants, the works).
• Tackle suppliers and service providers, fighting for refunds, upgrades and better deals.
• Handle whatever unexpected problems land on your desk and solve them before they become bigger.
• Support the leadership team directly, anticipating needs and staying one step ahead
• Make the office a place where people can focus, even when the pace is intense.

For our partner; we are looking for a Junior Finance Officer

About the Company: 
A growing iGaming company in Malta is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Officer to join their team. This role offers a strong entry point into finance, providing hands-on exposure and development opportunities within a fast-paced, international environment. The Junior Finance Officer will support the finance function in the day-to-day financial operations of the company, working closely with the Head of Finance and the wider team to ensure accurate reporting and strong financial processes.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger entries, month-end processes, accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Supporting inter-company reconciliations within the Group
• Assisting in the calculation of client revenue share, preparation of supporting schedules and posting of sales invoices in Dynamics365
• Supporting customer invoicing and assisting with basic debt collection activities
• Assisting with cash flow monitoring, payments and bank account administration
• Supporting the preparation of VAT returns and other regulatory filings
• Assisting in maintaining internal financial controls and documentation
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis activities
• Assisting with statutory audits, preparation of financial statements and regulatory submissions
• Carrying out any additional finance-related tasks as assigned from time to time
   

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field (ACCA/ACA students considered an asset)
• Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus, but not essential
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn financial systems
• Organised, detail-oriented and eager to learn
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment

• Master HubSpot. Optimize the funnel, automate routine tasks, and maintain data hygiene to ensure total pipeline transparency.

• Monitor CAC, LTV, and conversion rates at every stage. You provide the CBDO with a "health report" of the department through clear, actionable dashboards.
