Position Overview
We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with strong analytical and reporting skills to support our growing global operations. The ideal candidate will handle daily accounting operations, reporting, and reconciliation in both traditional (fiat) and crypto environments.
You’ll work closely with finance, product, and operations teams to ensure transparency, accuracy, and compliance across all financial processes.

- Process and record business transactions (invoices, payments, expenses, transfers) in 1C and internal systems.
- Manage daily accounting operations for multiple entities and business units.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Head of Accounting to lead and oversee the accounting function across all 7 business units of the group.
This position combines strategic financial leadership with hands-on operational control over accounting, reporting, compliance, and automation in a multi-entity, crypto-integrated environment.The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing accounting operations, implementing financial controls, and coordinating reporting processes in digital assets.
🔶 Key Responsibilities
Accounting Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the group-wide accounting operations across all 7 business units.
- Develop, optimize and implement accounting policies, standards, and internal controls
- Ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance in all financial transactions and reports.
- Manage the group chart of accounts, intercompany reconciliations, and consolidation processes.
- Drive accounting automation and system improvements (1C integrations, crypto data synchronization, reporting tools).
- Build and supervise the accounting team, ensuring quality, performance, and professional growth.
Operational Accounting
- Oversee daily bookkeeping in 1C and other internal systems.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of fiat and crypto wallets, bank accounts, and internal balances.
- Monitor cash flow, settlements, and cross-entity transactions.
- Manage tax calculations and filings (corporate, VAT, withholding) across relevant jurisdictions.
- Coordinate audit preparation and interaction with external auditors.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for all entities.
- Consolidate reports at the group level and provide management with actionable insights.
- Deliver clear financial performance analysis and risk assessments.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization processes.
- Collaborate with the CFO or senior leadership on financial planning and business strategy.
Compliance & Control
- Maintain compliance with local and international accounting and tax regulations.
- Ensure adherence to AML/financial reporting standards in crypto transactions.
- Implement and monitor internal control systems to prevent errors or fraud.
- Supervise document flow and financial data integrity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role (Head / Chief Accountant / Accounting Manager).
- Strong expertise in 1C (mandatory).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, automation).
- Proven experience in FinTech, crypto, or high-tech international companies -highly preferable
- Experience managing multi-currency and cross-border transactions.
Strong organizational, leadership, and analytical skills.
