Про компанію

Ми розвиваємо міжнародний крипто B2B-продукт та шукаємо спеціаліста для нашого клієнта, який допоможе системно залучати потенційних клієнтів і розвивати outbound-напрям.

Основні завдання

• Пошук та формування бази потенційних клієнтів на цільових ринках.
• Визначення та опрацювання ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
• Пошук decision-makers та ключових осіб, які приймають рішення в компаніях.
• Проведення outbound-комунікації через LinkedIn, email та інші релевантні канали.
• Підготовка та тестування персоналізованих повідомлень і outreach-ланцюжків.
• Робота з інструментами для пошуку, enrichment та автоматизації лідів (apollo, hublead etc).
• Сегментація бази та запуск targeted outreach-кампаній.
• Аналіз результатів кампаній: open rate, reply rate, positive replies, meetings booked та конверсія на етапах воронки.
• Постійна оптимізація підходів, каналів, ICP та сценаріїв комунікації.
• Ведення та актуалізація даних у CRM.
• Передача кваліфікованих лідів Sales-команді.

Що для нас важливо

• Досвід роботи у Lead Generation / SDR / BDR / Outbound від 2 років.
• Практичний досвід роботи з B2B-аудиторією.
• Досвід холодного пошуку та outbound-комунікації.
• Розуміння принципів побудови ICP та B2B sales funnel.
• Досвід роботи з міжнародними ринками.
• Вміння самостійно знаходити потрібні компанії та decision-makers.
• Вміння працювати з великими базами даних та систематизувати інформацію.
• Навички аналізу ефективності outreach-кампаній.
• Англійська мова — впевнений рівень для письмової та робочої комунікації.
• Самостійність, системність та орієнтація на результат.

• Досвід роботи з SaaS, FinTech, Web3, Crypto або iGaming.
• Досвід роботи з Tier-1 ринками.
• Досвід використання Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, Snov.io та аналогічних інструментів.
• Досвід автоматизації процесів Lead Generation.
• Розуміння email deliverability та принципів побудови cold email campaigns.
• Досвід роботи з CRM та аналітичними інструментами.
