We are now seeking a Business Development Manager to join us and play a key role in our continued success.What You Will Do:
โ๏ธDelivering presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition.
โ๏ธ Managing the sales pipeline, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-ups to secure deals.
โ๏ธ Developing competitive commercial proposals.
โ๏ธ Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
โ๏ธ Collaboration with the CEO to align on sales strategies, share insights, and refine our approach.
โ๏ธ Networking and representing the company at industry events, conferences.
What Weโre Looking For:
โ๏ธ At least 3 years of experience in a IT sales role within the software outsourcing or outstaffing industry.
โ๏ธ A demonstrated track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets.
โ๏ธ Strong English proficiency (C1+ level) and excellent communication abilities.
โ๏ธ Ukrainian language.
โ๏ธ Solid experience in the B2B sales space with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Personal Skills:โ๏ธ A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
โ๏ธ Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
