    Responsibilities:

    • Develop link-building strategy (Europe, US, Canada, Australia);
    • Participate in calls with the clients to discuss and improve their link-building strategy;
    • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies;
    • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization;
    • Track website performance with Ahrefs;
    • Upsell new link-building opportunities to existing clients;
    • Provide demos of our link-building platform;
    • Be a link-building guru who helps clients reach their goals.
       

    What we expect from the candidate:

    • Proven SEO experience in Western markets (Europe, US, Canada, Australia);
    • English B2+ (spoken and written);
    • An extroverted personality with a strong desire to join calls with the clients;
    • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms;
    • Proven experience working with a link-building budget of over $5k;
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and link building.

    Admix Global is a holding company with three businesses focused on link building. We are currently actively scaling our new platform — INSERT.LINK, a powerful tool for SEO professionals to acquire high-quality backlinks efficiently.

    We are looking for an experienced SEO Account Manager to nurture client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure client success in the competitive SEO niche. This role combines elements of customer support and customer success, focusing on helping clients maximize their budget spend on links while overcoming any challenges.
     

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage a portfolio of clients, guiding them on effective budget allocation for link building to achieve their SEO goals.
    • Drive upsell opportunities by recommending donor sites, demonstrating platform features, and showcasing new functionalities to increase client spend and revenue.
    • Conduct troubleshooting and provide hands-on support to resolve client issues related to platform usage, link acquisition, or integration.
    • Monitor client performance metrics, analyze usage patterns, and proactively suggest optimizations to improve ROI and retention.
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to gather client feedback and contribute to platform improvements.
    • Prepare regular reports on client revenue, engagement, and success metrics.

    We are looking for a strong sales manager who wants to grow a product in a complex SEO niche, build sales approaches from scratch, and take ownership of results.


    Responsibilities:

    — Process inbound and outbound leads in HubSpot CRM.

    — Conduct demo calls with potential clients and guide them through the platform.

    — Launch and manage outbound sales campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.

    — Prepare monthly sales performance reports and pipeline updates.

    — Collect and systematize data about client challenges, needs, and buying motivations.

    — Create and improve sales materials (presentations, decks, one-pagers) to increase conversion rates.

    — Participate in industry conferences and events in Europe and worldwide.
