We’re building high-performing niche sites in iGaming verticals and are looking for an SEO with a business mindset.

This is not a junior role or a checklist SEO job. We’re seeking someone who’s already launched and ranked projects, understands how to find gaps and opportunities in SERPs, and knows how to scale them.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years in SEO for Tier 1 markets
• Proven success ranking branded, competitive keywords
• Experience launching sites in iGaming or similar niches
• Understanding of both white-hat and more "aggressive" techniques (when appropriate)
• Experience with link buying, PBNs, and quality domain analysis (DR/traffic/relevance)
• Ability to identify promising brands/keywords and make decisions
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on testing mindset
• Comfortable managing external writers, linkbuilders, and tech resources

• English B1+ (you can write, research, and communicate clearly)

   

Bonus if you:

• Think in terms of profit per site, not just traffic
• Know how to rewrite or rebuild a site to hit top 3

• Have experience automating or delegating SEO workflows

We're looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who can find the right people, reach out with relevance, and generate demand without relying on templates or guesswork.

 What you'll do

• Build and maintain lead lists: CMOs, Heads of Marketing, PPC Managers, Affiliate Leads in target industries
• Craft and test cold outreach emails & LinkedIn messages that feel human, not robotic
• Research each prospect’s context: brand presence, PPC activity, affiliate exposure
• Track responses, analyze reply quality, and constantly improve your flow
• Work closely with sales to transfer qualified leads with insights and triggers

Requirements

• 2+ years in B2B lead generation or outbound SDR role
• Hands-on experience with email outreach tools and lead enrichment platforms
• Working knowledge of analytical tools: Ahrefs, Similarweb, Google Search Console to identify brand queries, ad activity, and competitor exposure
• Understanding of performance marketing (PPC, affiliates, brand bidding, cloaking)
• Fluent written English (B2+ minimum)
• Analytical mindset: you measure, test, and refine

We are looking for a Content Manager to create texts and manage the full cycle of content creation for our website. You will work with keywords, prepare prompts for ChatGPT, structure articles and landing pages, pass them to designers, and ensure proper publishing via WordPress or with developer support. Your main responsibility is to deliver high-quality content from idea to final live page.

Responsibilities:

• Research keywords and adapt content using SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, Screaming Frog).

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior SEO Specialist who knows how to build profitable, search-driven monobrand websites from scratch.
You’ll be responsible for creating, launching, and growing brand-focused sites that consistently reach Top 1–3 positions and generate sustainable traffic and profit.

At the start, you’ll work independently, managing the entire SEO cycle: from niche validation and domain acquisition to content planning, link building, and analytics.
Later, you’ll have the opportunity to form your own team.

Your Responsibilities

• Build and promote monobrand websites for Tier 1 markets with full ownership of SEO strategy.
• Perform market and competitor analysis to find profitable keyword clusters and SERP opportunities.
• Create SEO-driven content plans and write detailed technical briefs for writers.
• Manage on-page and off-page optimization: internal linking, anchors, link-building strategies, outreach.
• Work with expired domains, PBNs, and brand-protection techniques.
• Monitor results in Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and analytics tools; prepare ROI-based performance reports.
• Continuously test hypotheses to improve CTR, conversion, and site profitability.

• Scale successful projects and train junior SEOs when needed.

   

Requirements

• 5+ years of SEO experience in competitive niches (iGaming, finance, crypto, or similar).
• Proven record of ranking sites Top 3 for high-competition keywords.
• Experience working with Tier 1 traffic and monetization strategies.
• Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Hands-on experience with Ahrefs, GSC, GDS, Semrush, Netpeak, Screaming Frog, and WordPress.
• Ability to analyze competitors, build link profiles, and identify ROI-positive opportunities.

• English level: B2 or higher.
