This is not a junior role or a checklist SEO job. We’re seeking someone who’s already launched and ranked projects, understands how to find gaps and opportunities in SERPs, and knows how to scale them.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years in SEO for Tier 1 markets
- Proven success ranking branded, competitive keywords
- Experience launching sites in iGaming or similar niches
- Understanding of both white-hat and more "aggressive" techniques (when appropriate)
- Experience with link buying, PBNs, and quality domain analysis (DR/traffic/relevance)
- Ability to identify promising brands/keywords and make decisions
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on testing mindset
- Comfortable managing external writers, linkbuilders, and tech resources
English B1+ (you can write, research, and communicate clearly)
Bonus if you:
- Think in terms of profit per site, not just traffic
- Know how to rewrite or rebuild a site to hit top 3
Have experience automating or delegating SEO workflows

What you'll do
