We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior   BackEnd Developer
 with expertise in Python and experience in Redis, Django,
Kafka, AWS, Kubernetes, and FastAPI to join our team. In this role, you
will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing backend
services that drive our applications. You’ll work on high-performance,
scalable solutions that handle large volumes of data and complex workflows.
Collaborating closely with front-end developers, data engineers, and other
stakeholders, you will help deliver robust and secure services that meet
business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Design, implement, and optimize backend solutions using Python,
  Django, and FastAPI.
•  Manage data streaming and processing using Kafka and Redis.
• Deploy, monitor, and manage services on AWS, with containerization
  via Kubernetes.
• Ensure high performance, security, and scalability across backend
  systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, enhancing system reliability and
  performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver
  new features.

   

Requirements:
 

• Proven experience up to 5 years as a BackEnd Developer with
  expertise in Python.
• Fintech/Crypto/Trading Domain 
•  Hands-on experience with FastAPI,Django, Redis, Kafka, and AWS.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices
  architecture, and API design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
