    Role Objective

    Build a retention system from scratch for CFD and prop firm products: segmentation, trigger-based scenarios, CRM automation, analytics, and experimentation to drive activation, active trading/participation, repeat deposits/challenges, LTV growth, and churn reduction.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Design the full lifecycle for CFD and prop products (onboarding β†’ activation β†’ engagement β†’ win-back/VIP).
    • Build segmentation logic, event tracking, and data requirements together with Product and Analytics teams.
    • Launch and optimize CRM journeys: onboarding, education, inactivity flows, behavioral triggers, win-back, and VIP programs.
    • Own communication channels: email and push notifications; manage frequency caps and deliverability.
    • Set up dashboards, reporting, and operating processes in collaboration with analysts.
       

    Must-have Requirements

    • Middle+/Senior level with 3+ years of experience in retention/CRM/lifecycle marketing.
    • Strong analytical skills: retention cohorts, churn analysis, LTV/ARPU, A/B testing.
    • Domain understanding:
      • CFD: deposits, trader activity, segmentation, and risk profiles.
      • Prop firms: challenge β†’ evaluation β†’ funded stages, with triggers aligned to each phase and trading rules.

         

    KPIs (Benchmarks)

    • Activation (deposit/first action), D7/D30 activity, churn/inactivity, win-back conversion.
    • CFD: repeat deposit rate, trading frequency, LTV.
    • Prop: evaluation completion rate, funded-account retention, repeat challenge purchases or upgrades.

       

    Expected Outcomes (First 60 Days)

    • Basic retention architecture launched.
    • 3–5 A/B tests running, with first measurable improvements in activation, activity, and repeat actions.
