We are looking for a Senior Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team and take ownership of sourcing strategies for complex and high-priority roles.

You will be responsible for identifying and engaging high-quality candidates, building sustainable talent pipelines, conducting market and competitor research, and partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for complex, senior, and hard-to-fill positions.
• Identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, job platforms, databases, communities, referrals, and alternative sourcing channels.
• Conduct advanced Boolean, X-Ray, and targeted candidate searches.
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research across target industries, companies, locations, and candidate segments.
• Identify target companies and relevant talent pools based on position requirements.
• Review and evaluate candidate profiles against defined role requirements.

• Manage initial candidate engagement and maintain relationships with prospective candidates.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define candidate profiles and sourcing priorities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
• Strong experience sourcing passive candidates for complex or hard-to-fill positions.
• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn and professional sourcing platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Boolean search, X-Ray search, and advanced candidate research techniques.
• Experience with talent mapping and market research.
• Ability to independently develop and execute sourcing strategies.
• Strong candidate evaluation and profile-matching skills.
• Excellent written communication and candidate outreach skills.
• Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects and priorities simultaneously.
• English proficiency sufficient for professional communication with international candidates and stakeholders.
