Role: Internal Systems & Automation Engineer (AI-assisted)

We are looking for a key engineer to support and evolve our internal systems and automation workflows.

This role sits at the intersection of:

• internal IT infrastructure
• automation & scripting
• rapid development with AI tools
• deployment and troubleshooting
• business process support

You will work on internal tools used daily across the company — from Google Apps Script workflows to Python/Node projects deployed on our own servers.

Responsibilities

• Support and administration of internal systems (including telephony)
• Development and maintenance of Google Sheets + Google Apps Script automations
• Support internal Python / Node.js / React projects
• Deploy updates and fix issues on our servers (Linux environment)
• Build fast, iterate quickly, and improve workflows using AI-assisted development

Requirements

• Experience with Google Sheets and Google Apps Script
• Working knowledge of Python and JavaScript
• Basic understanding of servers, deployment, and troubleshooting
• Active use of AI tools in development (Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Ukrainian language is required
• Candidate must be located in Lviv (remote-first role)

Nice to have

• VoIP / telephony experience
• Docker, Nginx, PM2
• Experience building internal tools or automations
