• Own and execute lead generation campaigns with measurable ROI across various outbound channels.

• Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and Buyer Personas to target high-converting prospects.

• Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist, and LinkedHelper to build, manage, and optimize outreach campaigns.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and seamless handover processes.

• Run A/B tests to optimize messaging, channels, and outreach sequences.

• Analyze lead funnel metrics (MQLs, conversion rates, engagement) and continuously improve based on insights.

• Design and iterate multi-channel lead generation strategies—from email to social to cold outreach.

• 1+ years of experience in lead generation, demand generation, or growth marketing.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (a must).

✅ At least one of the following:

• Hands-on experience with MLOps in Databricks (Model Registration and Evaluation).

• Familiarity with Anthropic’s Model Context Protocol, Azure AI Agent Service, or Dapr.
