We are looking for a Marketing Lead who will drive marketing operations across the Group, build efficient processes, and coordinate collaboration between internal teams, marketing agencies, and external contractors.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, leading marketing processes, and scaling marketing with modern tools — including AI.

What You’ll Do

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute the marketing strategy across Astecture Group companies
• Work closely with founders and leadership on marketing priorities and growth initiatives
• Develop and manage the marketing roadmap
• Identify new opportunities for brand growth and market expansion

Marketing Operations & Process Building

• Build and optimize marketing operations and workflows
• Establish effective collaboration between:
  • internal teams
  • marketing agency
  • external contractors
• Ensure transparency of marketing activities, priorities, and results
• Create documentation, processes, and internal marketing guidelines

Team & Contractor Management

• Coordinate the work of marketing agencies and freelancers
• Help scale and structure the marketing team as the company grows
• Define KPIs and monitor performance across marketing activities

Tools, Automation & AI

• Implement modern marketing tools and automation
• Introduce AI-powered solutions into marketing workflows
• Improve reporting, analytics, and marketing performance tracking

Market Research & Innovation

• Monitor marketing trends, tools, and emerging formats
• Track competitors and industry developments
• Proactively suggest new ideas and improvements for Group brands

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing
• 2+ years in a leadership role (Marketing Lead, Head of Marketing, Growth Lead, or similar)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and marketing operations
• Experience working with marketing agencies or external contractors
• Experience in B2B, tech, SaaS, or IT services
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic mindset with strong organizational skills
• Interest in AI tools and modern marketing technologies

Nice to Have

• Experience in IT outsourcing or tech services
• Experience with LinkedIn marketing
• Experience building marketing processes from scratch
• Interest in employer branding or talent marketing

This role is for a creative thinker with a structured mind — someone who generates bold ideas, builds systems to execute them, and is genuinely passionate about marketing and AI as a force multiplier.

What You'll Do

Strategy & Leadership

• Own the marketing strategy across the Group, aligned with business goals and growth targets

• Identify key growth channels, prioritize initiatives, and drive measurable impact

• Lead collaboration between internal teams, agencies, and contractors

• Build a scalable mix of in-house + outsourced marketing resources

• Set clear KPIs, track performance, and act as the key decision-maker for marketing

AI-Driven Marketing & Innovation

• Implement AI tools across marketing workflows — from content creation to analytics

• Explore and test new AI-driven growth opportunities before competitors do

• Drive automation and efficiency, making AI a core part of how we operate

Creative & Content Direction

• Generate and champion creative ideas for campaigns, positioning, and brand storytelling

• Bring fresh perspectives — challenge the status quo, experiment with formats and channels

• Ensure all marketing output is high-quality, on-brand, and resonates with our B2B tech audience

What We're Looking For

Must-have

• 3+ years in marketing, including strategic or leadership roles

• Strong experience in B2B / tech / SaaS marketing

• Hands-on experience with AI tools in marketing (content, automation, analytics)

• Understanding of AI-driven workflows and automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.)

• Experience working with agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional teams

• Strong project management skills; ability to build processes from scratch

• Creative mindset with a structured approach to execution

• English level: B1+

Big Plus

• Degree or formal education in marketing, communications, or related field

• Track record of launching creative campaigns with measurable results

• Experience building a marketing function from the ground up
