Your efforts will be instrumental in generating interest and booking qualified calls for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the entire outbound outreach function: strategize, launch, monitor, and optimize email campaigns and multi-channel sequences (email, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Identify, research, and engage potential B2B clients to build a high-quality lead pipeline.
- Develop, test, and optimize personalized cold-email sequences tailored to industry, persona, and campaign objectives.
- Manage campaign infrastructure: list creation, segmentation, deliverability, sending schedules, bounce handling, and tracking reply rates.
- Monitor campaign KPIs (reply rate, open rate, CTR, conversion-to-call) and optimize based on performance data.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on messaging, ICPs, and target accounts.
