We are looking for an experienced and creative Targeting Specialist ready to strengthen our team and help us reach new heights in performance marketing.
Your main responsibilities:
- Create, launch, and manage ad campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
- Continuously optimize campaigns, conduct A/B testing, and analyze performance
- Use AI tools to generate creatives, texts, and audiences (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.)
- Design simple visual creatives in Canva (using brand books and templates)
- Participate in the development of promotion strategies together with the marketing team
- Report on campaign results, suggest improvements
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience launching campaigns in Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
- Strong understanding of ad goals, pixels, attribution windows, audiences, and event interactions
- Ability to analyze campaign effectiveness (CPL, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
- Experience using Canva or similar tools for creative design
- Willingness to use AI tools in daily work (and eagerness to constantly learn new ones)
- Teamwork, responsibility, initiative
- English proficiency sufficient to work with client interfaces and materials — a plus
- Experience working in a marketing agency — also a plus
