We’re Hiring: Junior + / Middle LLM Engineer

We're Accellabs, a team of engineers and researchers who create products based on the latest AI technologies. Our focus is innovation in AI and the integration of LLM into real-world products.

Tasks:

• Developing solutions based on LLM and other generative AI, including building chatbots, agents or internal services.
• Building systems using supervised fine-tuning, retrieval augmented generation, inference optimisation techniques and technologies, agentic frameworks, vector databases.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in Python ML/AI/LLM Engineering or Python Backend (on AI projects);
• Familiarity with HuggingFace infrastructure and agentic AI frameworks;
• Understanding of the principles of neural networks, transformer architecture, LLM, AI agents.
• Experience with FastAPI/Flask for model deployment;
• Sufficient level of English (B2) (reading documentation + technical communication)

Additional Advantages:

• Experience in building Telegram bots or AI assistants;
• Knowledge of Docker, application deployment methods, and experience in writing tests;
• Experience with HuggingFace infrastructure and agentic AI frameworks;
• Understanding of CI/CD, MLOps, MCP concepts.

Завдання:

• Побудова систем із застосуванням методик supervised fine-tuning, retrieval augmented generation, inference optimization та технологій, agentic frameworks, vector databases

Вимоги:

• Досвід у Python ML/AI/LLM Engineering або Python Backend (на AI проектах) від 1–2 років
• Знайомство з інфраструктурою HuggingFace та фреймворками agentic AI
• Розуміння принципів роботи нейронних мереж, transformer architecture, LLM, AI-агентів
• Досвід з FastAPI / Flask для розгортання моделей
• Достатній рівень англійської (B2) (читання документації + тех. спілкування)

Додаткові плюси:

• Досвід створення Telegram-ботів або AI-асистентів
• Знання Docker, методів деплою застосунку та досвід у написанні тестів
• Досвід роботи з інфраструктурою HuggingFace та фреймворками agentic AI
