Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates.
- Co-manage the recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.

- Consistently identify solutions to challenging hires through a novel and experimental approach.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment/headhunting, with a focus on identifying high-caliber talent.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- High level of intellectual curiosity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
- Adaptability and a passion for embracing new technologies and innovative approaches.
- Experience in the iGaming or related industry will be a plus.
