    • Collaborate closely with Analytics and Growth teams to improve post-click metrics, cohort performance, and LTV modeling
    • Continuously test and iterate creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve ROAS and user retention
    • Develop automation for reporting, optimization, and creative testing
    • Work with the Creative Factory to define test plans, share insights, and align on messaging and hypothese
    • Lead and mentor UA specialists, define performance frameworks, and foster team growth
       

    What we look for:

    • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Paid Social managing budgets of at least $200K/month
    • Experience working with web-based subscription products
    • Proven track record of scaling user acquisition and improving ROI across different funnel stages
    • Strong understanding of cohort analysis, attribution, and post-install metrics
    • Analytical mindset and proficiency with dashboards and experimentation tools
    • Proven team management experience — coaching, performance reviews, process building
