Responsibilities:

• Set and execute creative performance campaigns in alignment with product, research, and marketing strategies.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and team activities to generate creative ideas and concepts.
• Write comprehensive briefs for motion/graphic designers and content creators.
• Review and approve advertising creatives, providing edits and feedback as needed.
• Adapt advertising creatives for different platforms and target audiences.
• Analyze the effectiveness of advertising creatives and propose enhancements based on metrics and findings.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Research and implement new tools and approaches to optimize the creative process and drive results.
   

What we look for:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in positions such as Creative Specialist, Digital Marketing Manager, or SMM with experience in targeted advertising.
• Proficiency in English at the Upper Intermediate level or higher.
• Strong analytical and creative skills demonstrated by past results.
• Experience analyzing key metrics of marketing campaigns.
• Research skills and good sense of trends
• Ability to write technical tasks for designers.
• Copywriting skills and experience working with international markets are advantageous.

The Senior Backend Engineer will develop and support microservices related to billing and subscription management, focusing on performance, reliability, and scalability. 
This role involves developing a SaaS platform based on PHP services and integrating the services with payment gateways and payment orchestrators.
 

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain microservices for subscription lifecycles, billing retries, and payment handling.
• Work on APIs for managing subscriptions, invoicing, and payment gateways.
• Optimize billing systems for performance and scalability, ensuring they can handle large volumes of transactions.
• Collaborate with the analytics team to implement accurate billing cycles and manage financial reporting.
• Ensure all services adhere to secure communication standards and manage interactions with external orchestrators.
   

What we look for:

• 5+ years of experience with PHP in backend development.
• 2+ years of experience with Go or similar language.
• 2+ years of experience working with billing systems, including subscription management, payment processing, and handling chargebacks.
• Familiarity with modern PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, etc.) and best practices for building scalable microservices in a cloud-native environment.
• Familiarity with k8s, Victoria Logs, Docker , PostgreSQL, Grafana and Prometheus, particularly for monitoring billing services.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases used in billing systems.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, and message queues used for financial systems.

At A-Players, we’re looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our Billing Team — a team responsible for building and evolving our internal billing platform that sits at the core of the company’s financial operations.

You will take end-to-end ownership of quality in a technically complex, backend-heavy billing domain: from test strategy and automation to ensuring reliable, stable releases in a system that integrates with multiple internal and external services.

Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve QA processes within the Billing team
• Be responsible for the quality of billing-related functionality and integrations
• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests and test documentation (checklists, regression suites, test cases for automation)
• Increase transparency of QA processes and improve quality monitoring
• Identify bugs and risk areas early to improve overall system reliability
• Ensure high quality and stability of releases in a fast-moving environment

• 3+ years of experience as an SDET / Automation Engineer / QA Engineer with a strong focus on coding in backend-oriented products
• Confident knowledge of PHP: writing automated tests, understanding backend code, and being able to work with existing codebases
• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test frameworks
• Strong understanding of test pyramid principles, testability, and maintainable test code
• Hands-on experience with API and integration test automation
• Confident work with REST APIs (Postman, Swagger, curl)
• Understanding of asynchronous processes, webhooks, and queues

• Experience with financial, billing, or payment systems
