Project Overview
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with a strong understanding of blockchain technologies to lead the implementation of a key product in our decentralized ecosystem.
The ideal candidate is passionate about blockchain innovation, capable of working independently, and confident in driving product execution from ideation through delivery. You’ll be expected to maintain a forward-looking, well-prioritized backlog, plan multiple sprints ahead, and present finalized, design-ready requirements to the development team during sprint planning.

About the Project
The client offers a streamlined wallet creation process that leverages modern authentication methods such as Apple ID, Gmail, and biometric authentication. By utilizing these familiar and secure methods, the client ensures users can set up their wallets quickly without compromising security. This approach minimizes reliance on traditional recovery phrases, making blockchain access intuitive for both novice and experienced users.

Current Stage: New project.
Duration: Long-term.

Time zone requirements: Based on the Israel time zone.

Tech Stack:

• Blockchain Concepts: Fundamental understanding of blockchain architecture, smart contracts, and decentralized application (dApp) frameworks;
• Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile workflows, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and iterative development cycles;
• API Familiarity: Ability to read and comprehend API documentation, collaborate with developers on API integration, and validate API workflows from a functional perspective;
• UI/UX Patterns: Strong awareness of user interface and user experience design principles to ensure intuitive and accessible product design;
• Workflow Tools: Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar for backlog management and collaboration;
• Communication Tools: Familiarity with Slack, Zoom, and other team collaboration platforms;
• Product Development Lifecycle: Understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle in blockchain-based projects, from ideation to release and iteration;

• Non-Technical Collaboration: Ability to bridge technical and non-technical perspectives, ensuring stakeholder alignment and clear communication with developers.
   

  Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in a tech-driven environment;
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with blockchain-based projects, preferably involving wallet creation, dApps, or similar decentralized solutions;
• Solid understanding of blockchain architecture, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps);
• Proven ability to manage a product backlog and plan sprints effectively;
• Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative development;
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA;
• Ability to create well-structured user stories and detailed requirements documentation;
• Proactive mindset with a passion for product ownership and independent problem-solving;
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape and evolve the product vision and roadmap;
• Translate business needs and ideas into detailed user stories, clear documentation, and actionable requirements;
• Prepare the product backlog several sprints in advance, ensuring clarity and alignment with team capacity and goals;
• Ensure product designs are up-to-date, validated, and finalized before development begins;
• Act as the main liaison between stakeholders and the development team;
• Facilitate and actively participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and team ceremonies;
• Drive continuous improvement of team velocity through backlog refinement, process optimization, and collaborative planning;
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions and feature prioritization;
• Estimate and validate product success using data-driven approaches such as:

1. North Star Metrics
2. Customer Feedback Loops (e.g., NPS, CSAT)
3. A/B Testing
4. Cohort Analysis
5. Feature Adoption Rates

• Maintain close alignment with UI/UX, ensuring the product is intuitive, accessible, and user-centric;
• Promote a structured, feedback-driven development approach with measurable outcomes.
